I'm a golds gym trainer and people pay $600 a month for Personal Training. So out of his 300,000 followers, I'm sure there will be plenty of people that will buy it lol. That's great. I feel happy for his success 👍🏻
I don't get why everyone is concerned over $200! He just said it'd not a cookie cutter program and that he would customize each plan individual for each client. Secondly, you walk into any gym and hire any personal trainer or nutritionist, they would charge way more than $200 a four week program. Steve Cook is one of the best in the industry so he needs to charge more for his creditability! Look at Charles Glass, I paid $200 for 1 session(1 hour) with him and some trainers charge $30 per hour. But you get what you pay for and sometimes, people that are good at what they do, can charge more. Supply and demand. BOOM! Steve Cook for president!

Nice one, exactly the same as my leg days, except i do stiff legged dl before leg extensions. And that i do calves on my deadlift day(deadlift, shrugs, standing and seated calf raises). :D
You are so lucky to have a gym like that. the gym that i train is has poor maintainace and there are mostly beginners there that talk a lot instead of training.

He needs to make profit, he's putting the work in while you guys are sitting on your ass and complaining about the price of a program you most probably wouldn't have bought anyway. If you cant afford it, you're clearly not the target market.
I think the package would me more appealing to people if you divided the 3k into 1st-3rd or 1st-5th. Im sure tons are going to buy it anyway, just an idea from a socially economic POV. Keep the vids coming!
I used to hate squats, then I started the squat everyday program. I love squats so much. However, I now have hamstring origin tendonitis and have to take 3 weeks off from squatting. I'm so sad it hurts.
You have a nice Physique, if I want mass on my legs what excercises should I do? I know squats, and frog squats what else? And should I go heavy with less reps or light lots of reps?
Nutritionist+ sucks... I entered like 5 time my items in the custom section and they keep on disappearing... Decided to give it one lat try and the same thing happened but instead I had 4x one of the custom I added with no nutritional value to it and the other customs were gone. Also having problem with the server and sometime the apps just kick me out for no reason and I can't log in... Kelechi needs to work on this!
$200 sounds about right. Most personal trainers charge about that for a strict but great 4-week program with everything involved definitely considering it. One question though what if someone like myself who is experience does the program and knows how to diet properly, train, ect. Do our transformations get over looked? Like is it fair in the first place? Lol

+American Rock Bands Squats are fine for your knees as long as you have good form. I feel like my knees became stronger since I started squatting.
I hate them because they are tiering. And it's my weakest lift as my legs are too but still need do them
