    Wow ! That was an awesome video. I've been following you for some time and love what your doing. I'm prepping for surgery on my ankle early sept. ! After last years surgery on my left ankle, I've followed most of your routines and I can honestly say I've never been stronger. Today's video has shown me a ton of stuff to work on thank you !

    Great vids man, love the new content. It's great to see a channel that is real and diverse. After training for 7 years I watch these to try and gain new knowledge and just for entertainment. It gets a little annoying when people keep making the same, old, "how to build big arms" videos.

    You know what's crazy? I just got done working with NASM master trainers, NASM certified and ACSM trainers this summer. At a high school with a lot of corrective, body alignment and muscle imbalances, and then here you go uploading something that's along the same lines 💪🏽

    Steve, cues that can help with the SLDL that I think you would like!
    1. Brace the core
    2. Drive the heel back
    3. Shoulder pinned back (one holding the weight)
    4. Straight line from head to heel

      Foxtrot well I can't speak for other women but my bottom half is a lot more soft than my upper body. I want a firm, round butt not a pancake ass. Funny enough though my favorite day is back and bi's cause of the pump and I build quickly.

    • @trat1x
      @trat1x 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Andrea Martinez Okay to be fair, these dudes are on gear and Steve specifically trains to appear aesthetic. They also have really good genetics. Most guys could never have legs like theirs just because of genetics.

    But, that man Jacob Hutton is worth listening to. He's knowledge and seems humbled by his own strength. I can tell he takes strength knowledge very seriously and I respect that. Steve is damn good too, both of these men I salute. Keep up the hard work guys, that gym will be fun. Good luck to both of you. Been watching Steve for 3 years and I am glad this Jacob Hutton guy is partnering up. Again, good luck to you both. Stay strong.

    Tell me about it Steve. Fractured collar bone 4 weeks ago. 2 years solid of gym before my accident. Upper body on right side is wasted. Long road ahead. Don't injure yourself. so into mobility now if I wasn't already. Legs are getting a hiding with exercises I can do. Sitting on the spin bike while I was typing this. Not loosing all my gains.
