When scramp occurs i immediately get up from bed and stand on my foot, by doing this the muscle comes to it's regular shape and gives a bit of relax but the little amount of pain stays on or two days

I had this a lot....now I avoid rubbing coconut oil in the night on my legs...band I r ub some vicks on my calfss my ankle...it has worked for me...thank God.
