    I had Achilles atroversion a about 10months ..back. I was put under plaster for a month.. now I am having severe pain in heel .ifeel.pain while walking.their is no pain while I taking rest .

      You should stop if if it pains, mild pain is fine to deal with while performing exercises👍
      Recovery and time will entirely depend on the severity of the problem

    My main issue is that,.when I bowl the ball.
    At the time of ball release my right side foot pitches on ground and the same time of contact very very bad pain generated in Achilles tendon.

      You people need to rest and ice the affected area to reduce the inflammation, work on your ankle mobility, improve calf and achilles tendon strength then slowly get back to bowling again.

    Sir thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. I've pain in my left leg above (back side) ancle , it's more painful while going down stairs. It was happened one year ago after that not so much but since last week pain is increased. Please guide me. Should I use roller to loose calf muscles, should I do the same exercise you showed in this video. Please advise. Thank You very much in advance. 🙏❤️

      Take some time off from running and apply ice for 15-20 minutes 3-4 times/day, that should help to settle down the swelling 👍🏻 once the swelling is settled you can gently resume jogging and move onto running, the exercises shown in video will help gain strength and flexibility in the calf muscles and tendon 👍🏻

    Sir mere ankle se aawaz bhi aati hai jab mai apne ankle ki rotation karta hu to halka sa pain bhi hota hai, exercise karte hue aawaz zada nahi aati
    Or running karte hue toh bilkul bhi dard nahi hota
    Sir I play football or 6 months back mera left side wala ankle twist hua tha tab se ye problem ho rahi hai
    I don't know what is happening sir please explain what I do please😢🙏.
