    Thanku so much sir 🙏 aap ne mere uprar bahut bara upkar kiya is video ke jariye🙏 sir mai pichle 5 dino se aapne ankel ke dard se bahut pareshan thi meri physical fitness test aane wale hain jaha mujhe 800 MTR ki running karni thi magar pairo ke dard ke waja se ummid har gyi thi ki shyad he mera selection ho payega but aapka video dekha aur aaj he pehli bar kiya aur pehali bar me jo aaram mujhe mehsus huwa mujhe ab confident lagne laga hai ki ane wale 5 se 6 dino me bilkul fit ho jaoungi mere physical test ke liye

    6 महिने से दर्द हो रहा हैं । सुबह सुबह बहुत ज्यादा दर्द होता हैं । चलना भी मुश्किल हो गया है । केवल राईट लेग की एडी के उपर गठान के पास बहुत ज्यादा दर्द होता है।🙏🙏🙏🙏

      You should stop if if it pains, mild pain is fine to deal with while performing exercises👍
      Recovery and time will entirely depend on the severity of the problem

    Sir I m a left arm pace bowler.
    My main issue is that,.when I bowl the ball.
    At the time of ball release my right side foot pitches on ground and the same time of contact very very bad pain generated in Achilles tendon.

      You people need to rest and ice the affected area to reduce the inflammation, work on your ankle mobility, improve calf and achilles tendon strength then slowly get back to bowling again.

    I had Achilles atroversion a about 10months ..back. I was put under plaster for a month.. now I am having severe pain in heel .ifeel.pain while walking.their is no pain while I taking rest .

      Take some time off from running and apply ice for 15-20 minutes 3-4 times/day, that should help to settle down the swelling 👍🏻 once the swelling is settled you can gently resume jogging and move onto running, the exercises shown in video will help gain strength and flexibility in the calf muscles and tendon 👍🏻

      Rest karein, din mai 3-4 baar icing karein agar, pain kam hone par link mai jo exercises hai unko karein, specially peroneal muscle ki strength ko badhane ke liye panje ko bahar ki taraf le jane wali exercise bhut important hai, sath hi calf muscles ko stretch kro...
