I love these workouts! Wow, do I ever get a good sweat from these! I don’t like shoulder exercises much, but I know I need to do them. I enjoy legs, glutes, biceps, and ab’s!!!
I love strength training as I realize how important it is as we age to build and maintain muscle mass. I also love a good cardio/HIIT workout, which I do at least once a week to keep my heart strong.

Thanks for this great workout, Heather! I was definitely ready for a fresh Heather upper body strength that was around a half-hour long. ❤ Strength is everything for hanging onto that muscle tissue, posture, shape, etc. 💪🏻 I think I also like shoulders best, because I changed my body shape most there (from narrow and a little sloping shoulders to a bit broader, defined, and balancing the lower body). I'm team A, but I do put some (mostly low-impact) HIIT in my week. I don't like mat cardio, though, so standing (or mostly standing) cardio workouts always get my vote! Thanks again, Heather!
