Yup, that’s emg and tone pump. Surprisingly fun to play I have a little review written here: www.tree-style.com/index.php/bassdiaries/432-spector-euro-5-lx
@@tree-style Thanks for your reply! I’m considering buying a Euro 6LX. I couldn’t decide if I wanted Bartolini’s or EMG’s. After watching your video, and reading your reply, I’ve decided on going with the EMGs. Thanks again!!!
@@tree-style Thanks for the response, man! My guess is that they're TW's, since the label looks to be red. Looking to buy an euro5 and I can't decide between DC's and TW's. Awesome chanel, keep up the good work! :D
I don't have both of them side by side .. based on what I remember . . Euro 5LX is more exciting right out of the box ... very flavourful, pumping n in your face .. sr5 special hh is more gentle in comparison at flat setting... more open sounding with more head room . things can get more fun with mid/lo boost .. I also like the older Stingray or Sterling with ceramic pickups .. those pump hard all the way ..
@@anotakudetective1546 not in my home setup. And never dig the look of the btb line. My favourite Ibanez basses are the grooveline . Btw, sr5 special’s sound is surprisingly easy to work with for recording purposes. That’s where the extra headroom shines.
Spector makes the best sounding basses period.
Man that tone and sustain...amazing.
Great sound🔥🔥🔥
Im drooling 🤤
The sweet sounds of a spector....
thick and flavourful
These kinda videos can get a man like me in serious fucking trouble 💸💸
It looks good and sounds even better

@@tree-style cheers man, you're partly to blame 😛

Hey, man! Cool demo! Do you happen to know if those were DC or TW emg's?
hey .. sorry . . it's been a while and I don't recall which EMGs they are ..

Hey, i know this videos old but can u tell me the shape of the back of the neck? Is it like fat like pbass or C like jazz or D?
hey, it has a meaty neck, more like a pbass ... not necessary a fast/slim neck, but feel great and easy to play
@@tree-style thank you, appreciate your response. about to pull the trigger on the same bass you have on this video.
What strings do you use?
Andrew Mckenzie that was dean markley helix I believe.

Any hate comment I could leave would just be me being jealous that I don't have that bass
Well, they do give you a gig bag with a $3k instrument….there’s that.
