This makes me want to get a white gauge cluster for my white 2005 Silverado even more! I’m not a good enough at soldering to do this myself. I will be buying a custom SS one online. But, again thanks for your video that shows me how much work goes into it. I’m now even more okay with spending the money to get that great look for my white 2005 base model Silverado. I’ve already bought the aluminum wheels and the fold down console seat. There’s even more to come after the gauge cluster. I’m doing a “mail-order makeover” to my late grandpa’s farm truck. Thanks again for the great video.

Honestly i want to get a white one with a clear filter, Then put in some amber/orange bulbs. I love amber in car dashes!

Just the top were you need to solder the bulbs in.
I installed red led’s to my cluster and white needles. I thought the needles would glow white but they don’t glow. Did I do something wrong or is it supposed to be that way?

Won't happen it's always going be red its a reflection off the lights
Thought u were going to show how to calibrate the needles back on.
As long as you relocate them same spot they are automatically reset
Great job bro question i have a 02 just ordered the white daytona face but im scared about the needles do they have to go almost exactly where they are stuck at once the truck is off?as i dont want them to flip out
Pretty close to exact as possible take picture of we're there at with your phone before you start
Make a video on which sides are positive so we can do it once and be done instead of testing it in the truck.

Yes I agree , for sure we grew up the 55-57 chevy's 60's 70's vehicle's 67 Plymouth Barracuda 4 carburetor it was a hot rod they made right off the assembly line do 0-60 in two seconds, my brother had one he was a motor head back then
