Hi mr carvajal and followers....
Im an avid fan and i thank you for your advocacy on real estate investments specifically, condo investing... Can i ask a question as im thinking of buying my 3rd preselling condo for investment and rental.
In the midst of very expensive condos and falling rent, is condo rentals still an efficient source of passive income? From what im seeing, bec of the pandemic, the ballpark ROI for condo rentals would be around 3-4% which is more or less the same for bonds (which are more passive and more liquid)..... or should capital appreciation be the goal and rentals are just secondary? Or maybe, buy presellingcondos now while the terms are great ( and guaranteed capital appreciation) , and ride out the crisis and hopefully rentals will catch up in a few years? Thank you for your generosity.
