Hello Jose sorry for my late rely, been busy. I move so I don’t get attached with my investments. I buy condominiums to make money and the only way I can enjoy profit is by liquidating them. Also I am trying to reach a certain price per property once reach I let go, I also sell so I can buy more and newer launched properties with higher potential. Once I leave I have it rented out but I put it in the market for sale already, Yes i do leave everything because my furnitures are usually customize for the layout and sizes of certain space!
