Architecturally it still look bland and generic, typical of a DMCI condo. Same tired mass produced architectural style and Fortis has nothing to differentiate it to other DMCI project. I had one foreigner friend who noticed there were too many similarly looking buildings in Metro Manila and he asked me if these were government mass housing and if DMCI is government is government affiliated 😂. For any prospective buyer of Fortis, why pay so much and you just end up living in a cheap looking DMCI condo when you can afford a much better condo by Álveo or Federaland? Other than this, the location is terrible. It is not walking distance to anywhere. It so close to Ayala but there is no direct access as Chino Roces is bordered by an exclusive village. If you don’t have car you have to commute via MRT to get to Ayala or walk along the narrow sidewalk. If you have car, you’ll be stuck in heavy traffic even in a normal day. And come rainy season the main access road to it is perennially flooded. Overall I would rank this property a 2/10.

Hi sir, ask ko po sana if ever po na nag buy kami ng pre selling condo then nagbayad kami ng reservation fee pwede pa po ba namin marefund yung reservation fee na binayad namin since before mag start yung monthly payment nag sabi na di na itutuloy dahil di nagkaunawaan sa price ng monthly payment po and hindi po kaya yung monthly fee.
