    I’ve been going down to Dunedin for 30 years, wow the way it has changed is incredible. My family has been visiting there 50 years, great festivals and food. Love the direction it’s heading, I will live there in my life.

    Thank you Juan for all of your video I am planning to move to Florida from Ohio I can not wait to make this happen. Can you do a video on cities thats is very close to hospitals and grocery stores please? Thank you trying to avoid direct hit from hurricans.

    • @trulivingtampa
      @trulivingtampa  ปีที่แล้ว

      You’re welcome! We have a Publix grocery store a few miles in any direction 😎. As for hurricanes, Tampa hasn’t been hit directly hit in over 100 years. It’s part of the reason we felt good about moving here. But… I’m not in charge of Mother Nature. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Minimum single family monthly City of Clearwater utility bill is $114 for sewage, potable water and trash pickup. Reclaimed water fee is in addition.

    Kind of a bad list when half of it isn’t even Tampa. There are a dozen awesome areas in Tampa that would be cool to see covered.

    Nice video, I am looking to relocate to the Tampa area from Ga in a few yeas but I am interested in cites that are not in the direct hurricane strike area. Areas inland about 30-45 minutes away from the gulf. I fish a lot but I don’t want to be right on the gulf because of the hurricanes. Can you do a video on some of those cities

      You failed to mention that if you live in the Hyde Park “Historical District “ you have to abide by very restrictive building codes. We lived in Bayshore Beautiful just south of Hyde Park since the lates 80s. We retired, sold the house for close to a million where we bought a same sized house on a oversized lot for half the price in the Brandon area.

    I'm planning to relocate to Tampa bay area. 6 month each time, winter time.
    I'm concerned about home taxes, trying to avoiding HOE, 4 bedroom home, maybe gated communities, pool screen covered, close to Clearwater downtown. What you think? Can I find such opportunity? Savio

    • @trulivingtampa
      @trulivingtampa  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Savio. Thanks for watching and reaching out. You can definitely find what you’re looking for. The only thing is the HOAs, someone has to pay to take care of the gated part of the gated community.
      Feel free to reach out, I’d be happy to discuss it. (813) 261-3540

    Clearwater Beach is within the City of Clearwater limits and government.
    St Petersburg Beach and St Petersburg are two separate city governments.

      Ugh,
      Riverview used to be a nice rural area, now it's a nightmare. Thousands of new houses on the same old tired roads, it's not pretty.

    These realtors are making these videos are blowing smoke up your skirt. Fla is becoming overcrowded and unaffordable. And FYI. Tampa is only a city in Hillsborough County. All of these places that he is telling you about IS NOT Tampa. Westchase is outside the city limits of Tampa, that is Hillsborough County and the Town-n-Country area. There is no mass transit and traffic sucks!

  • @swanlaughing
