Hello Juan, I am a NJ realtor and appraiser and have been seriously contemplating making the move down to the tampa bay area. I am a novice when it comes to this market. Hi thanks for the reviews. I've been searching online for a few months now, for a small 2 bedroom house, and it's been a shocker. At the end of the day who determines the prices for the houses? I'm outside of Cleveland and a small house in good condition could cost 110-120K but in Tampa it could cost 150-200K and also be twice as bad. I've looked at the zillow pictures and these houses are not livable and should be demolished. It's really shameful to ask so much for such dilapidated houses.
@@trulivingtampaThanks for understanding and response. Hey I'm not trying to talk poorly about Tampa. Since consumers are everywhere pricing is like this is everywhere, even where I live. Just a little frustrating when things appear to be out of reach. I haven't given up on moving to Tampa. Where there's a will there's a way.
Tampa bay is only for wealthy people. Don't move there unless you have money. The beach is nice but you still need to make money. At least in NY you can make a lot of money
excellent video! have any experience in the Clair Mel area just east of downtown? appears to be lower income, but has almost no crimes reported on the crime maps. I could see this area becoming popular in 5-10 years due to its proximity, yet it hasn’t developed yet. thoughts?

How can people live at 10 Dollars an hour and even lower ???? At least in New York city 25 an hour is the minimum wage

Great area! Right next to the Channel Side district and Top Golf!
Look out in New Port Richey and holiday. Lots of drug related issues there. That is why its cheaper to live there. Be careful
Don't forget Hudson. I had to stop into a Big Lots in the area and thought I was on a hollyweird set for some zombie movie !!!
