Hi, I really like your videos. What would be in your opinion best area/ community for Canadian who wants to retire in Tampa ? Good access to health care , not too far from airport and close to beach?
Liking Wesley Chapel. Its def one of the places im interested in seeing more of. Im traveling to Orlando at the end of thie month and I'm going to be driving around the Orlando and Tampa area to check out the neighborhoods and get a feel of the areas in terms of crowd, traffic, shopping areas, and just overall how well kept they look. Central Florida is def my go to at the moment because of price and also more space and less risk of flooding.
Born and raised in Seminole area. Some of my favorite towns are Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Ozona, Odessa, Dunedin, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Pass-A-Grill, and Seminole, where I currently live. There are so many great little towns with their own little vibe.
Great talking to Juan last Wednesday! He was very attentive and clarified all the questions I had about Tampa Area and suggested nice places according to our family life style. I really appreciated!
Evaluating the best places to live in Tampa, Florida is crucial for those considering relocation. It's essential to consider factors like affordability, amenities, and overall quality of life. Thanks for sharing this informative video!
One very common comment I’ve heard from others who’ve had to move many times with work … the Tampa community is the easiest they’ve found to make new friends & feel part of the community. I guess it’s because we have so many new people move here. But, IMO, it’s a big selling feature & something to brag about re: the Tampa region.
I always love to live in Clearwater Florida when I leave college. I am doing some research to learn more about living in the Clearwater area. And also saving my money up to one day to live in Clearwater Florida area forever to call home too! It's my favourite place in the world is Clearwater Florida! ❤❤❤❤❤😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
That's a expensive place to live and the home insurance is high and the traffic is bad during the season and the average house is million dollars if you want to live on a beach go north get away from the tourist area
Tampa, Florida's charm shines through! Excited to see the top picks for living in this vibrant city. Let's explore the best places to call home in Tampa!
Wesley Chapel does have a lot of great shopping options but I think it still needs to catch up in the areas of culture and nightlife… Although this city was built for families, even moms and dads like to have some fun on occasion and don’t want to have to drive all the way to downtown Tampa or St. Pete to get it.
I’ve never considered Wesley Chapel as part of Tampa…honestly nothing north of Tampa Palms would be, imo. And I’d never call Parish Tampa either. Lakewood Ranch is solidly in Sarasota, several cities south of Tampa. And Seminole is certainly not Tampa either, lol. Hmmm?
Hi Juan, I just wanted to hop on here and let you know that your channel has been on the top of my list to watch regarding the Tampa Bay area. I am a recently licensed Realtor, currently living in Northeast Ohio. I may be moving to Pinellas County, renting to start, within the next 6 months if this business expansion opportunity occurs for me. I would absolutely willing to hop on a call to discuss these plans with you when the time is right! Thank you and keep up the great work on the channel!
Juan, We discovered your channel today, and my wife and I have been watching you for a few hours. I will be reaching out. We plan to retire later this summer. We are looking for a second home in the Tampa area, but not sure if that will be this year or next. Probably depends on if a great deal were to pop up. I have not been through all your videos yet but wonder if you have reviewed any 55+ communities so that my wife and I would have activities with others our age, while also having a place where our kids and young grandkids will want to visit? We watched some videos last night regarding Valencia Lakes in Wimauma for its water features. Also, we have been exploring the Gulf Coast for the past three years from Punta Gorda up to Lake Tarpon. Last year, we stayed at a place on Reddition Beach and really liked that beach and the thought of walking the beach. That said, we also of course loved Siesta Key Beach and the surrounding beaches. Thank you for your videos.
You're welcome, Chris. Thank you for sharing and watching. Feel free to reach out as well. You can call, text, or email. But the best way to connect is via Zoom. My husband and I are runners. What are The Best Areas either near running trails or with enough non-urban sidewalk options? Cost of living isn’t really a factor, and husband works from home so commute isn’t either. Near the beach would be a plus!
You’re welcome! Thanks for the reminder. Here you go! communitycrimemap.com/?address=tampa,fl Feel free to reach out if you have questions or need perspective.
Question, I currently own a DJ company down in the Miami/Broward. If my family and I would ever move to the Tampa area which area would you think will have more lively nights for like Weddings and Hotels that do events.
Hey! Loving your content. I do have a question for you about if you guys looked at west palm beach, Jupiter and Wellington since you said you had family on that coast. What did you think if you did check that coast out? Thanks!
I checked Pasco county sales records. The brand new DH Horton construction sold for $358k, not $258. I had links in my original comment but it was deleted. Edit: looks like my reply got filtered again. Great content overall. I checked Pasco county court records. Book 10953 p493, buyer name is Justin B. According to the deed transfer, price was $358.8k. I wish it did sell for $258k, I'd buy it in a second
Couple of quick corrections. 1.) 8383 Claw Glades Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545 sold on 1.29.24 for $258,765. 2.) I didn't delete your comment with a link. We have TH-cam filter them in advance, due to all the “crypto spam.” Thanks for watching.
@@trulivingtampagreat info overall. I checked Pasco county clerk records. I pulled the deed transfer from DH Horton to Mr. Justin B., the buyer. It says $358k. As someone who has lived in Tampa since 1995, I can wholeheartedly say the best places to live IN Tampa are: Hyde Park, Palma Ceia, Davis Island, Beach Park and Ballast Point.
