I couldnt find anything from Ford confirming that I had ordered the adapter when I know I did. I inquired with Ford, and they said they didn't have my reservation in their system. Ford explained that it was bc the orginial owner had likely registered for the free adapter already. Ford said they are only allowing one per vehicle. I'm pleased to say I had the Lectron charger within a week and knowing I can now utilize Tesla Superchargers helps reduce my range anxiety. And, Tesla chargers seem to have better charging prices than most Level 3 CCS chargers.

I rarely ever sit in the truck while it's charging. I'm usually in a nearby store shopping or eating in a restaurant. If you plan when and where to charge on Level 3 chargers, it is not that bad.
I paid $192.60 (with tax) via Lectron's website during Labor Day when they offered a discount code. Being able to fast charge at Tesla's locations while traveling is worth it!! Also, I'm finding that most Tesla superchargers are less expensive than other Level 3 Superchargers.
@@ryanwdonahue I absolutely was when they first released the dealerships were doubling the price $90K truck with $90K in price adjustments was crazy. Nearly $200K for any Truck is insane, except maybe the fully armored defensive truck or the tornado chasing "tank"
I bought the 2022 Lightning (Extended Range /Lariat) 'used' with 7,000 miles this summer. Paid around $50k and I have no regrets so far. I reserved one years ago however I never could justify paying the crazy high prices and the markups of being brand new. I'd recommend try to find a used one to not overpay.
