I'm a happy new owner of this bike..followed break in procedure as required and am at 700 miles, haven't red lined it yet but just lugged around our local wine country and Sonoma coast and I'm loving the power band! I'm 68 yrs young and will be using for mostly sport touring around coastal northern California, already installed Puig taller screen, SW Motech rear rack with Nelson Rigg tail bag...after winter I'll do a new pipe and remap. Have had many twins over the years..BMW R80 ST, Aprilia RSV, SV 650 & 1000, Ducati Hyperstrada and really did my research before buy this bike and so far loving it! Everything you highlight is true!
Ohh man that is awesome !! I can saw those long winding coastal roads will be amazing on this machine ! It’s perfect for that and the power works perfectly for those 45-80 mph long twisties especially after tuning !
Hey brother, why do you bother blurring the speedo as soon as you are driving over the speed limit? Does TH-cam knock your video down for reckless driving?
Not sure if that’s the reason the speed is blurred if I’m being honest. As far as TH-cam they don’t like law breaking things like wheelies, racing etc. those videos usually get show to a lesser audience and can be a strike on your account.
@@lightxgrenade Its a good engine. Ive ridden an xsr before just wasnt able to review but its smooth and has top end. Triples are awesome glad to see they are not as obscure anymore.

I got to ride this and it was a very comfortable ride. Not bad for what it is and seemed to be a smooth and easy to ride. Come get the Duc.

I know it's a solid bike with good features but the minute you rode by the XSR900 with the bikini fairing I became more interested in that bike lol.
