VILUXE 是ASPEN GROUP在BATU KAWAN 247英亩地里唯一的LANDED 项目。

不少人依然会拿大山脚，SIMPANG AMPAT周围的LANDED与BATU KAWAN LANDED 作比较，但对我而言没什么好比，因为一颗是苹果，一颗是柳橙。

在上个周末，已经可以看到vertu前和Central Island Park 附近都park了很多车，未来vertu越来越多人入住时，情况可想而知。

不过换一个角度去看，市面上有那个发展成功的地区是没有多车的呢？🙃
不要有车的可以看对面的eco horizon ,但每一次出门都要都一个大圈因为重要的地区都在对面。
我的看法至少batu kawan 的main road 打底有50尺的宽度. 好过槟岛的许多地方咯……😅
Phase 1 卖 2层屋 可是showroom 建2层半给你看？Backlane garden 好像和它的发展蓝图不符，吸引买家过后会拆掉再建屋子？视频拍得不错 👍
phase 1是有bare unit ，但卖到8899了所以直接拍即将launch 的phase 2 给大家欣赏🙂
这单位应该不会拆掉了，因为在unit plan里是存在的。

Welcome , batu kawan is above sea level 2.4m . There won’t be flood issue so far .
