22macalister？不好吧。。。。虽然地点好，也不见得很好拉。大马路旁，单单看CarPark就晕，土地面积太小，而且还是service suites/commercial。sqft也小的可怜，每一年cukai taksiran 1.5k +-
是我就绝对不考虑 22 macalister，50万的budget，可以的话当然买island啦，50万还有太多太多选择

@cpLFG:對對對，你太中肯給出對的資料。。我住的公寓是COMMERCIAL TITLE,電費會CHARGE到你莫名其妙。。一個月電費大概 800多，還不是UNDER TNB CHARGE.如果是TNB，相信我的電費只會100多而已
