300k的樓宇，给了10%的头期，贷款90%，即是RM270k,月供RM 1200, 这个地区，三房房租大概是Rm1,000 to rm1,200,年轻人两个情侶或两个兄弟姐妹合伙一起供,只要月入RM2,500即可负担，那个RM 30,000 的头期款可用工积金第二户口支付，自己则要筹钱做装修！这个，真的，对于年轻人是零负担，做了三，四年工作则马上要買了！因为与还租金一个价钱，自己的，供了二十年馀就是自己的了！可以，年轻人，快快行动去買吧！
可负担房屋(Rumahwip)，不是有钱每个人就可以买，是政府有条件给低收入群买的申请的。有些还可以买到198K的可负担房屋.

Go research, do just believe with what government ssay. Those idiot say they can survive with 3k in KL, You believe? What is the rent?? After that how much you can save for buying??? @@mahmah7683 majority of buying hse without loan in Malaysia not high. Majority of hse buyer in malaysia would be thru loan package. Myself also thru loan and siblings too and most of loan settled within 3-5 years and without parents backup. I understand some family may not fortunate to have extra fund to buy this rm300k property but there are some affordable property below rm300k in the market. FYI my colleague life style remain the same b4 and after even during this difficult time. Hong Kong & malaysia situation is difference can not compare. For those foreigners can afford to stay in other country sure have $$ or high income and for them is cheap or very cheap. For me rm300k not cheap loh😊 although afford to pay monthly installment if qualify.

Rumah WIP(可负担房屋)，有不同的发展商起建。sky Awani 3属于比较高级的可负担房屋。间隔也比较时尚。地点以后附近会有商业大前景。KL CITY RIVER /River of live是其中的 大型发展以后附近可能会有好多摩天大楼， 但那边地方马来人也不少。

馬拉年輕人月薪4k-6k港幣月薪（大學畢業生）, 中學畢業基本上很難找到4k港幣月薪的工作。300k馬幣600k港幣的房屋其實都非常昂貴，很難負擔。
