The girlfriend comes into the child's life in August of 2021, and by Christmas 2021, she's saying she never wants to go back to her dad's & wants to die / harm herself. That can't possibly be a coincidence. They've been divorced since 2014 and until December 2021, were co-parenting with no issues, and even the daughter said her parents had a good relationship. BTW, did his attorney say that she needs therapy because someone ended or attempted to end themselves in front of the kid? That was glossed over real quick.

    • @Godlim17

That's what I heard. It's baffling that he wouldn't want therapy by anyone qualified as soon as possible with that event. Let alone her then stating she wanted to harm herself. But he's so focused on the "truth" of everything.

The man who raised my son is not his biological father, we were never married and split up when he was around 10 years old and he remained in my son's life. He was a better dad than a lot of other dads out there and he lived in Texas while we were in Michigan. His family has always treated my son as part of their family. My son is turning 20 soon and he still talks to his dad on the phone twice a week. I've always had this feeling that fate brought us together not for us two to fall in love but for he and my son to meet because they are wildly different but wildly the same. I've longed felt they were meant to be father and son. I've always known you don't have to be blood related for a bond because my dad adopted my older sister and now I know you do not need any legal ties whatsoever to be an entirely involved, loving parent. I'm so grateful you have that relationship with your little girl ❤️

My son lost his father October 2021 but he still has his amazing stepmom in his life. It took a few years but within time I got over my jealousy and realized she only cared for him like another mother. We actually became great friends over the years, as did my husband and my son's dad before his passing.
No matter where life takes her she'll always be my son's other mom. She is an amazingly strong woman and one fierce mama 🐻.

I am incredibly close to my stepdaughter and we share a very special relationship. I always jokingly tell her she's my favorite child because she didn't give me stretch marks. I will never understand mean step-parents. No matter how ugly and contentious the relationship between the exes is, the poor kids are innocent in it all. I also don't have any respect for parents that allow their partner to mistreat their child(ren).

  • @betsybabf748
    @betsybabf748 ปีที่แล้ว +123

His choice of partner, who is damaging his child, shows parental incompetence. If he was concerned with his child, he would not let anyone like that be near his child and he would not be attracted to anyone causing his child harm. The pictures of an almost 9 yr old undressed also shows lack of parental judgment. That is not a stepmother either. Just a girlfriend, not his wife.

I think we should also remain mindful that children often manipulate when a divorced parent becomes involved in a new relationship...so, this could be the child's method of "sabotaging" dad's new romantic interest. Personally, I don't think that's it...but kids are psychopaths! I remember the horrible things I did to many of the girlfriends that my single-father tried to have and my kids were absolute terrorists to the boyfriend (now husband) when we started dating after their father and I's divorce...they flattened tires of vehicles, removed license plates, lifted wallets, changed the contact numbers saved in cellular phones, and more...

I see stepmom a lot but they are all calling her his girlfriend?? If they aren’t married she needs to be all the way out of the picture. If she’s doing this and dad knows then he is pathetic allowing anyone to treat his kid like that, let alone his girlfriend. Disgusting! They are trying to hide something. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t want their child to benefit from some therapy to work out their own feelings.
Dad’s attorney??an experiment?? She is really grasping there. No child is going to tell the truth about their home life if they know in an hour they have to go back there.
Omg last edit: did she really go with the deadbeat dad route?? You can be present and still be a deadbeat parent. If you are trying to control everything, that’s not being a good parent.

I think where that will come to fruition is the Compliance Hearing. If Dad is still acting a fool he will either continue to have restricted access to his daughter or it will become even more so until it's is stopped entirely. He's putting his unhinged GF before his child. The fact the the GF was at the hearing with Dad making sure she was in -frame was unsettling, especially give the accusations towards her. She seems to not be able to step back & allow the parents to co-parent.

You know, dads development of seizures is suspicious. Adults usually don’t develop epilepsy in adulthood, but they can begin having seizures. If they have a brain tumor or, more commonly, they’re an alcoholic. Given the fact that his doctor wrote the recommendations only for a temporary span of time, I suspect that the man is an alcoholic and began having seizures. The good news is that they may have been because he gave up alcohol, cold turkey. Of course just because he’s being treated for seizures now does not mean that he has not been drinking again.. and everybody don’t get all over me because I don’t know. Of course I don’t know if neither of you. I’m just saying that medically this is a very likely explanation.

Absolutely! On top of that, CPS doesn’t pay much for therapy. It’s about 1/2 the rate a clinician can make through standard commercial insurance.

Wow this is heartbreaking. It is a clear very clear issue. No problems for years coparenting etc UNTIL a new person is inserted and now there are issues. That certainly points to an issue with that person. The testimony of Dads GF’s behavior and pulling the child by the wrist (that made me angry) is a real problem and I’m glad the judge removed that problem from this situation. I’m heartbroken for this little girl. Significant others and even step parents play an important role and can be very positive - but there is a level of understanding of that role and a respect for the parents and their relationship and coparenting needs that don’t include anyone BUT the parents and child that must be respected for that to work.

Obvi, the GF is using the accusation to keep therapist from child so dad and GF can control. So glad judge bit this all in the bud. It will be interesting to see if GF sy=tays 500 ft away

    • @hallowedbethymelancholy8299

Yup. If he can't drive he can escort the child in the Uber. He can use dark sunglasses & be anti-seizure medication compliant to help lower his seizure threshold. He's full of BS & excuses. I have epilepsy & while I realize it's a spectrum of symptoms, most can function on a basic level if they utilize support tools, medical interventions, & supportive people in their lives. Enough he could get his child to a therapist once a week with help.

I know an analogous case. Dad lost custody to Mom bc his GF tried to control the kids & block the mom to access through registering them for school & listing herself as primary parent on all paperwork including medical forms. She also tortured Mom emotionally through social media, texts & email. So sad. But for "step monster" they could co-parent in peace.

What I don’t get is why Dad doesn’t make that wicked witch he’s dating STOP her interference! She’s the typical girlfriend/ step mother who’s jealous of another woman’s child! I hate this and feel so sorry for the little girl.
That Dad has no balls to let her run things and then lied to the court. If he were such a great Dad he wouldn’t be trying to get to see his child because he’d already have visits and he’d check that evil girlfriend!

If this dad truly loves his child, he better be vigilant around his girlfriend. Down here in Tennessee, my cousin shared custody of her son with her ex husband. The dad moved in new girlfriend, they have a baby girl, then the new girlfriend ends up killing the son. she choked him with chicken nuggets literally. He would've been 4yrs old December 4th 2022 but she stole him from us a month before his birthday. I don't know how someone could do that to a baby nor how a dad could let it happen. Praise to this mom for being able to try and get to the bottom of what's going on with her child. Protect our children! Thanks for letting me rant and thank you for the video!!😉😊 this channel is awesome!🤘

My heart just breaks for this kiddo! So sad! I'm still with my husband, but if my child had a step mom like that I would expect my ex to step in and step up and kick her to the curb. You're child and child's well being should always be first!! I think the therapist did an amazing job. And Kaye please sit down! Rude much! And dad having an issue with every therapist the child had been to .. I did a big eye roll at that ! Our son has frontal lobe epilepsy. His epilepsy is rare as in it kills 1/100 instead of 1/1000 ... He works, married has a beautiful baby boy. He doesn't let his disability hence epilepsy define him as a man, husband or father. Not being able to leave the house and he is on medication is beyond belief. My prayers go up for the mom and child and well as the people involved in this case. Thank you so much for never disappointing with your videos. I am definitely hooked. God bless

Yep. Around 1.00 to 1.10, he said, as much. He wanted a therapist from his list. Mom choose 4 other therapists. He rejected them all, by failure to attend, or failure to simply use his custody documents to show he has access to a therapist. He doesn't want mom to choose. And m9re likely, doesnt want kid in therapy at all. The dad could have had mom do the transportation to child's therapy, even if it is during "his time". He is demanding things are his way, and without regard to cooperate with kid, mom, or therapist.
