This is a fantastic hip opener love doing nintey nintey hip rotation and frog stretches really loosen me up for doing calastenic work out and squats thank Julia for your technique and style it got me into a another level of fitness I want to try that ice water plunge my gym bro does it and he invited me to his house to do it see you tomorrow have a great day thumb up u rock 😊
