Ladies : believe it or not, I was dying with serious period cramps before doing this class, but I eventually got myself out of the bed. After the class : no more cramps😀😀😀 Maybe thanks to the blood flow circulation in the pelvic area, but, nonetheless, I save this class for the 1st day of every cycle : not stenuous, some movement is always good, and it relieves the cramps. Win win 🏆
Yes gentle movement can really help with cramps! So happy for you. 💕 I designed one of my slow mobility classes specifically for period cramps. I wear an orange bra in the thumbnail. ☺️
Another awesome routine from the queen of mobility. I have tried so many hip routines and this is one of the best. I like to follow frog pose with happy baby pose. They just seem to compliment each other perfectly.
