Another great mobility routine! My hips are always tight so this was a really good one for me lol I was wondering if you’re planning on doing anymore active recovery mobility/workouts? I love doing them on my rest days and it helps me loosen up for my next weightlifting session. And omg if you made some cardio focused mobility, like with less emphasis on strength work and more emphasis on getting your heart rate up, I would forever be grateful lol Cause I wanna do some of your mobility workouts for active rest but I’m too sore sometimes lol Anyways, thank you again for making such great content!!!!
The cardio mobility work is a fun idea I might explore 😎 And for the mobility workouts: they're always a staple, I'm in the midst of scripting a new one. ☺️

@julia.reppel I love what you do and regularly follow along with dozens of your videos. This one is not my favourite. I find the chaining together of several movements hard to follow with minimal benefit when compared with concentrating on one or two movements. Anyway, you are still the best!!!
