    The "T" cutting method is the method I use because I like my poppers whole. After cleaning & stuffing, I place my batter & breadcrumbs into tall narrow cups. After rolling in flour I hold my peppers by the stem, dip into the batter, then into the crumbs. My hands never touch the peppers; that way I'm not pulling off any of the flour, batter, nor crumbs, & it's faster & cleaner.

    The worst part about being Indian, is when someone says something is spicy, you just can't trust them until you actually taste it for yourself.

      Too true

      @Kassra80 9 ปีที่แล้ว +63

      ffs stop with the "being a certain race I handle heat better" its just when you eat spicy food your mouth adapts to the heat whether your Indian, Asian or whatever

      +Arash Bayat Its the truth and whats wrong with stating that statement?

    • @KevinUchihaOG
      @KevinUchihaOG 8 ปีที่แล้ว +59

      +Arash Bayat well, in Indian culture you eat more spicy food. Im a swede and i eat alot of spicy food. I have alot of chili in all my cookings. I've eaten whole ghost peppers. And i regularly cook with habaneros. But god damn swedes are pussies when it come to spicy food. Indians can handle spicy food thousands times better than swedes. But that isn't saying that it has anything to do with race, it's just culture. And not all swedes are pussies. Like i said, myself can handle it no problem since i have trained myself to handle it.

    If you add sour cream along with the cheeses then the cream will help caramelize it, SO GOOD

    You can tell how spicy a jalapeño is by smelling it inside when you take ou the seeds. The smell of a non spicy jalapeño is like herb or grass and not burn your nose at all.

    They are SOOOOO tasty! I love them but I can only put down 4 or 5 at a time before the heat is too much. I use a nice dubliner aged cheddar cheese for the middle too because the sharpness really compliments the sweetness of the pepper. You should give at least one a try...
