    we have something similar in India called chilli bajji ( in Telugu merapakaya bajji ), but we don't stuff it with cheese , we either leave it as it is or top it with onions... it's really good

    My dad made an amazing appetizer similar to this before. Hollow out a poblano, put a cheese stick in the middle, wrap it with bacon and cook it. They were sooooo good!!!

    to anyone wanting to make this that doesn’t have a big spice tolerance, you can still make it. the seeds are mainly what makes the pepper spicy. also, if you make this, i recommend seasoning the cream cheese, adding bacon or sausage, and adding some cheddar cheese. it just tastes better that way in my opinion

    Nick I want you to try this recipe I know. Cut jalapeños stems off and then cut in half and remove the seeds. Cook sausage and then mix cream cheese with the cooked sausage. Add the mixture of sausage and cream cheese then put on an oven safe pan. Add cheese to the top of all of the jalapeños. Cook in the oven until the cheese has fully melted and the jalapeño skins are peeling.

      With my Jalapeño Poppers, I mix cream cheese, shredded cheeder cheese, and bacon bits for the filling.
      Fill the jalapeños with the filling, wrap bacon around, then cook until done

    i do jalapeño poppers a bit differently. i cut the jalapeños in half and stuff them with 2 cheeses, and wrap bacon around them and then put them in the oven

    For dipping it three times there sure is very little coating on it. Never seen this method before, very interesting final result. Almost like it's wrapped with a very thin pastry type thing LOL interested to try this method. Always looking for new coating techniques.

    In southern New Mexico we cut the peppers in half and cut out the seeds, then add the cream cheese and wrap it in bacon and grill them…the New Mexico version is wayyyyy better!!! This is a fancy ass sonic popper!😂🤌🏼 but none the less looks amazing! NICK TRY MY RECIPE!!!

      instead of piping whipped cream cheese into the hole, i take the stems off, cut the jalapeno in half, scoop out the guts, and i make this cream cheese mixture of spices and lemon and bacon bits and cheddar cheese, and then wrap it in bacon and bake them for about 20 minutes. it works so well and i feel like they're easier to eat in halves

    In India we call it mirchi bada , but in place of potato starch we use chickpea flour and instead cream we use spicy filling

    My family makes jalapeño poppers like this:
    Cut jalapeño in half
    Fill the half with cream cheese
    Wrap each half with half a strip of bacon.
    Bake until the bacon is cooked.

    In India we make these but a little different, we use less spicy chilli and leave the seeds in and dip it in a sweet sauce made from tamarind
