What do you think of Peter as a bachelor? I honestly feel like he’s being suuper inauthentic and i’m really not enjoying this season. It’s just a pain to watch at this point. Just watching your videos cuz i’ve been a fan since the beginning and appreciate all the work you put into them. Honestly, dude. Peter sucks. This whole season sucks. It’s all just a “let’s gain instagram following to earn thousands of dollars of ads” show. I hate it
Shake Speare if I had to grade it now it would be low. I’m hoping that changes. I was excited at the beginning of the season with the unusual ending teaser they gave but now it’s just drama drama drama and no time to invest in actually caring about these people or Peter. And if we don’t care about them why would we care if they fell in love in the end?

When Peter asked her about it, if she had just said "oh yeah, it was a trip with a big group of people and we both just happened to be there", then that would be plausible. But she didn't say that and she instead played the "you don't trust me" card

Peter is driving me nuts this season. He has NO spine! He is so passive all the time, never stands up for the women who deserve it, he doesnt respect their time, and he let's drama thrive. Very disappointing.
I said this exact same thing when everyone was excited for Peter to be bachelor. Yeah he’s a good looking nice guy but a total stick in the mud.

I was yelling that at the screen the whole time!! He’s like “idk what to do... I’m soo confused” and I’m just telling “SEND THEM BOTH HOME”. Straight up, they are both lying in some way, shape or form. I’m glad that some of the girls actually spoke up to him about how that was not cool. Peter just doesn’t know what to do if a girl cries except to tell them that he’s glad they opened up and give them a rose.
I think he is confused that is why, there is a lot of information and people telling him different things that he is questioning himself

They either need to pick older contestants or something, because this drama is high-school level and not entertaining at all. We can't even see any connections developing because all of the screen time is girls fighting. Is this The Bachelor or what? They really need to rethink the choices they're making recently. There's a difference between entertaining gossip and downright immaturity.
Agree! I saw an article complaining about this very thing. Think the minimum age should be 26 and up and pleaseeee no models, instragram influencers, or beauty pageant queens. Can we get some real girls with real jobs

i think that the drama was blown out of proportion, and that peter said this because he realized that kelsey is actually not as dramatic as he originally speculated

Considering how Kelsey and Hannah Ann both now joke about this with each other on social media says a lot though. They both seem to understand that this was producer manipulated, and you have to understand that they’re usually drunk during these moments, and are in a high-pressure situation.
Kelsey and Hannah Ann are both on good terms now it seems and Kelsey pokes fun at herself. I think she’s a cool girl, but we’ll see.
Kelsey was great this episode, her best episode yet by far, but that doesn't mean we can just forget about everything with Mykenna and the champagne. But if she and Hannah Ann are on good terms now and even joke about it then that's definitely a good sign.
Next wk they should do a 2x1 date with a damn lie detector test

Julianna Paige she seems to drink a lot before that moment to get herself hyped up. she’s definitely not the innocent girl she’s portraying, but understandable that she’s scared of the rides but tries her best to have fun.
Just have 3 things to add: 1) I don’t believe a single thing out of the mouth of any girl called Victoria this season. 2) any romance on Peter’s date with Kelsey was so completely over shadowed by Alayah drama that by the end of episode I had completely forgotten it. 3) Peter must be in a competition with Juan Pablo for title of worst bachelor EVER.

Peter for me has been such a disappointing bachelor , he’s just so bland and has no backbone at all . Letting all these women walk all over him . I have literally not seen him make a legit connection with any of the girls because he’s so busy focusing on like 2 girls and the drama

There’s literally no drama even. He probably thought that this would make for good tv, but really, it doesn’t. Cuz he didn’t have a connection with allayah in the first place.
Victoria P is so sneaky. When Peter pressed her for more information about her relationship with Alayah she played the victim card. She avoided answering the question by crying and saying that she's been so honest with him. Sign that she is a good liar and has done it before
General rule in life - avoid anyone that uses the term "my truth".
Also, she was holding Alayah’s hand and wiping away her tears the whole time. Felt like in high school when girls are confronted with what they said about each other behind their backs
Ugh the Victorias this episode... F is just annoying me pretending to be scared and then to be fine - flying, rollercoasters. I feel like she isn’t that insecure at all!! And Victoria P knew she lied so all she did was cry so Peter got even more confused ugh
Powergirl02 I could tell from the Revolve modeling episode that Victoria F was totally trying to play everyone, including the producers. She’s annoyed me ever since. I can’t wait till she’s voted off the island.

Victoria F is manipulative asf. Rumors have it that she’s a home wrecker and a model. In fact, she has modeled for a White Lives Matter clothing company. She’s a big no for me at this point
I think Victoria F is EXTREMELY insecure, especially with her shady dating history. That’s why she tries to play the “shy good girl.” She’s not shy at all, but she’s definitely extremely insecure. She needs to constantly be validated. I think she’s used to being the hottest girl in the room, and now she has to compete with 20 other girls who are total tens for a man’s attention.
I would love to see black women like Natasha and deandra get screen time that doesn’t involve them being sassy or “angry black women” all the time... they’re much more dynamic than that
I really like all the black women on the show this season, especially Natasha! She just seems like she's meant to be a star. So mature and I always love her style.
The times when the black women are angry are times when all the girls are angry and upset.

Ciani Bonner I mean personally I like what I’ve seen of Natasha, I feel she is a fair person and I really like that. Like it may be hard to see if someone is watching it and generalizing things, but for me I was just like yes girl. I don’t think she wants to take away from peter, just calling out how to change things so they are all happy. Like I think she had more of an issue with the group rose being given more then allaya returning. But peter was overwhelmed at the time to realize what she specifically was saying bc he himself was afraid.
She was like Shiann deserves the first talk, and I was like damn this girl is awesome.
I know people don’t like Shiann from what they’ve seen but from what I’ve gathered about her she really does feel like a genuine person, like she wanted to gain peters attention through hard work like winning the foot ball thing. She struggled to do so in other ways but did what she knew she was good at and did it her own way. She reminds me of the old contestants on the bachelor.
I feel the same but at the same time I'm glad they are being bold and speaking up while all the other girls just stay quiet and gossip away from Peter, Deandra and Natasha are my favorites and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I don’t like Alaya, but I think everything with her was blown way out of proportion, and Victoria was being really shady this episode. I do think it was fucked up tho that she’s back for like 30 seconds and already spilling tea on shit with Victoria/Chase stuff. I was so in her corner when she told her off. I also think Peter is so oblivious, he should have realized it was a slap in the face to all the girls because he dealt with Luke P taking up all the time on his season.

alayah only said it bc she assumed that victoria would've told the girls about her concert date and mention that she had dated the singer. it's only a big deal if you make it a big deal. there's nothing wrong with the girls knowing public information that they're going to find out anyway when they're sent home or when the season airs
Erin S. I think it was blown out of proportioning everything with her, but it wasn’t her place to tell. It was Victoria’s story and if she decided she didn’t want to make it a thing it wasn’t public knowledge in the house.

@Christie Jensen Albeit Peter comes off as clearly out of his depth, it's less a case of him needing to be rescued than it's for the producers to stop fanning the flames of drama for a moment. The immaturity and cattiness of these women don't need the the producers help to cause drama!

I’m really over the producers getting involved to create drama. This is the first season I’ve got my husband to watch with me since Nick Viall, and he’s already pretty much checked out, it’s all just women catfighting and petty drama. I watch the show for the ridiculous antics, sure, but the actual premise of the show is what’s enjoyable, and right now I’m getting none of that.

That's what I was saying every single episode so far. At this point the show isnt even fun to watch anymore because of all the pettiness. It also seems like some of the girls want to be with Peter just because they think it'd be cute to be a pilot's wife, which is also immature. They don't realize that they could quite possibly end up marrying this dude and relationships are a lot of work--especially when they are in the REAL WORLD and not on these expensive candle lit dinners around the world where it seems nothing could ever go wrong.

I don’t know what it is about this season but Peter isn’t doing a great job at diffusing the drama in the house because he’s being drug into it. On twitter people were saying that this season is very producer dominant and I kind of see it. I think that the producers are pulling strings to be apart of the entertainment factor and are forgetting about the emotion part. I was also watching whit and Ry and I could be wrong but I think they said that they haven’t seen the relationships between the girls and Peter and I have to agree. Everything is drama and keeping the cries up and it makes the show boring. I think they are trying to live up to the “most dramatic season in bachelor history” and it’s lame and disappointing. Next, I think these girls just aren’t it. With the other girls from other seasons there was more glitter and now they are kind of blank. I guess it’s because they are there instagram comments if that makes sense. Like, these girls literally sound like an Instagram comment. I also feel like they are very immature. I get that they are fighting for love, but they keep on throwing tantrums and crying over stupid stuff. It makes you question their purpose of going on the show. Do they want clout or love???? I hope pater ends up with Hannah Alabama or a gurl that isn’t from his season. He needs someone who can be mature and goofy at the same time, but it all depends on his type. I hope in the upcoming seasons the girls aren’t walking Instagram comments
Oh it DEFINITELY is. Paradise last summer was so obviously manufactured and scripted. And this year the producers are just awful. Elan Gale left a while ago, and a bunch of old producers quit so now they have a bunch of new ones who don’t know what they’re doing. I’m gonna have to assume they were on MTV before or something because they’re just horrible.

Couldn't the casting directors have chosen all down to earth, mature intelligent women for sweet Peter. He's a catch, a good looking romantic with a very responsible job. It would have been fun enough for us viewers to guess who he truly liked if there were many more eligible contestants in the pool.
