We have a 14x70 1977 Schultz on 20 acres in Michigan. Started with vacant land and found a mobile home paid 900.00 for it. Paid 900.00 to move it 200 miles. It had new house windows new paint job outside and a new roof. The inside was in good condition and needed a little tlc. We’ve had it since 1997 and it’s vacation property and we love it

Just ran across your channel just recently, and I think it's fascinating. I really admire your ambition and work ethic. Mobile homes, stick-built homes, a mobile home park, water wells, maintenance, remodeling, landlord issues, open houses, storage units. Wow. That's alot. Do all those areas require full-time attention every day, or are you able to have a regular job, as well? I can't imagine how you get it all done.

I work about 24 hours a week at a day job, the properties do take as much time as I can give, I only show a little bit of what I do through my TH-cam channel, many things are just too dumb or boring or happen spirt of the moment to actually record so I don’t have any content on it. Just do something every single day working towards my goal, I have done that for years and this is where I’m at. I have never made lots of money at my day job but I always paid myself first and invested the maximum amount of my income that I could. Thanks for checking out my channel you obviously looked at the whole picture, I hope to see you around again.😀

Yeah it’s a little bit of work to move one of these homes, I guess that’s why it’s so expensive to move them . Thanks for all your support.😀

I'm forever gratful for learning how to use a bottle jack to level my storage trailer (10x30 office trailer). I paid a reputable tow company to level it, but after $350 the guy had rammee it up against my fence, and left it more out of level than before. I bought a nice bottle jack, but the instructions weren't any good. It would be really great to finally get the trailer level and install shelving!
My only question is How much oil should go in the jack, and what kind of oil to use.
    Great videos! Thanks, Liz

They have hydraulic Jack oil, there is a rubber plug on the side of the Jack. Fill it until it is up to the rubber plug. Honestly any hydraulic oil will work and I have even used automatic transmission fluid for filling my hydraulic jacks. Great question 😀

Sorry I don’t know any in that area, try getting ahold of local mobile home park owners and ask who they use, or maybe drive through parks to see the f there are any homes being installed, then ask them who moved it, sorry I don’t have a better answer 😔
