Yeah... Plusle or minun without their partner, basic ability is garbage. Of course Pikachu and most electric mice have garbage stats. Imo pichu probably is worst since obviously pure baby poke with no stats at all. Even with eviolite pichu has less survivability than a shedinja coming in on entry hazards.

Blue orb, dragon ascent, red orb, all zygarde cells combined, necrozma and lunala/solgaleo fused together, and an insane bond between trainer and Pokémon that you can even fell each other’s pain.

Counter grass/ground types? Probably you wanted to say "check" because electivire is so frail that if it don't kill probably it will be killed... (for example)

and usually golem use hp and def evs
Don’t know if you done this yet but, full in-game trade team! Any NPCs that offer you Pokémon through trade, use them, like Hawlucha in route 2 in Ultra Sun/Moon and so on.

When I first played gen 4, I saw that she was trading a haunter, so I trained up a low level meditite to evolve it, so I could have a gengar on my team after I traded. And it had a stupid stone that doesn't let it evolve.
And that's why I absolutely hate gen4

Ampharos is by far the worst electric type. Horrible, ugly, just outright bad. Nothing good comes from it existing.

Nice Battles Ben ^.^ Honestly Pachirisu is very underated and a lot of other Pokemon could have fit in there like Dedenne. Take Alex Olgoza for instance during VGC. Also, as Electivire was good in Gen 4 he's not good once Gen 5 hit and Team Preview was a thing. Expert Belt Electivire used to be used for finishing up with a Team Sweep on your opponent's when their Team was lower on HP. Luxray would have been a better fit. Unlike Electivire Luxray lacks a Movepool and has low Base Speed and Intimidate only helps it's very low Defense a little bit.
I gotta agree with you there, any Pokemon that can be part of a winning VGC team at any point in history shouldn't be part of a "worst" team.
Unless if you are talking about Singles/Smogon.
I'm sure there are plenty of Pokemon that are great in singles that aren't very good in doubles as well, and Smogen shouldn't be taken so seriously.

Curt The Kid Singles is completely different from doubles.... Take gigalith for example, its not that good in singles but is used very often in doubles.

The Tittle is wrong it should be "Full PU Electric Type Pokemon Team" and most of them are very useful if you can use them
Well, they're all useless in the current PU metagame...but all they're good last gen in PU (except electivire that was NU,and very bad in NU)
Z-Moves Made them very usefull, especially Z-Electric Terrain That Boosts Speed And makes Electric Type moves powerful
However you can only use the speed boost 1 time and these electric types can be easily revenge kileed by things like lycanroc-day, primeape and skuntank, sorry bud, the metagame changed (however electivire is somewhat usable in Zu)

QOTD: I used to hate stunfisk, but I really like it now. Don't know why, don't know what changed, but all I know is I don't have a clear least favourite electric type anymore.
My favourite is Magnezone btw. "I SEE YOU! ZAP!"
My least favorite Electric type would be either Pikachu or Emolga. Pikachu is more in a meta sense, but Emolga is always a huge pain in the ass to fight.

Man, Electivire has so much potential and it’s depressing. There’s not much you can do at all with a physically offensive pure Electric type. He’d be much better with another typing or with a stronger physical elec move.
Yeah... Power creep just killed it. Especially Gen 7 shift.
"Out of all the new cross-generational drops, Electivire has to be the most disappointing of them all. While not a standout Pokémon in ORAS NU, it was still able to carve itself a niche as the only Electric-type capable of breaking Lanturn, one of the most common Pokémon in the NU metagame, while also having access to a strong special movepool with coverage such as Flamethrower and Focus Blast. However, the shift to generation seven was extremely unkind to Electivire, as it brought new and problematic walls such as Type: Null and Palossand, which Electivire fails to break through. Without the ability to boost any of its stats, outside of Z-Moves or Meditate, Electivire struggles to deal with most bulky Pokémon, especially when it cannot properly utilize its high Attack stat due to very weak coverage moves. Meanwhile, several competing Electric-types also dropped or were introduced to the PU metagame alongside Electivire. Alolan Raichu has a far superior offensive typing, a better Speed tier, and the ability to boost its Special Attack stat with Nasty Plot. Eelektross on the other hand has a much wider movepool, with access to Knock Off and Giga Drain, along with an immunity to Ground-type attacks and better defensive stats in comparison to Electivire. Additionally, both of these competing forces are capable of breaking through Pokémon like Gastrodon, Palossand, and Mudsdale, which all but invalidate Electivire. Meanwhile, Electivire's special, mixed, and Choice Scarf sets simply fail to do much that other Pokémon in the tier can't do better. The inability to differentiate itself with a strong niche has caused Electivire to plummet on the viability rankings, where it now languishes in the D rank."
