I genuinely agree that the biggest reason behind today's anxiety problems is your phone and social media. Always start thinking about the strengths in you and applaud yourself for your achievements...never take yourself as a mean person rather a special one . Yoga always helps in such situations and avoid negative things as much as possible even news channels 🙏🙏

Anxiety, lack of patience, being short tempered....are becoming major issues in today's generation.
But with right steps and right guidance...it isn't hard to overcome these. Thank you sir❤️🙏

Mam how to handle this I am living in tier 3 cities and my family expected government job from me and they pressurize me and from last 2 years I am not able to clear any government job and they also not allow me to go in cities like delhi and give money for preparation they also want government job but I want to work in corporate and MNCs and I don't have any technical or professional degree I feel very low what should I do I feel low
      Bsc chemistry
Master in English literature 2nd year

@@AvanishRanjan-mk2up I understand that what you are going through is really tough but always remember nothing more powerful in this world then a human mind. Try to understand what exactly is it that you like about corporate sector including what kind of job then analyze do u possess required skills needed for that job. If yes then apply somewhere because it's easy to convince parents with a job letter in hand and if no then acquire them through some online courses. And in the similar way you can take coaching online for govt job preparation if that is the ultimate thing left to do.

Mental illness is destroying people from inside. We have enough resources to make it in our life but this bloody mind doesn't rest at all. For overcoming the troubles of our mind, we need to understand its nature & how it works. Engaging ourselves in the right thing (meditation & prayers, gratitude, exercise, learning new things, consuming good content, associating with right kind of books/people, helping others ) is damn important. Association is really the key to uplift our thoughts/feelings.
Do not try to control things which are beyond your control. Life will settle down. Pray n let it go. Live in the present moment. Work everyday on improving yourself.
No problem is bigger than the agitated mind & no asset bigger than a focused n peaceful mind. As the saying goes, 'Everything is in your mind'.
    Stay happy, stay strong :)

You covered a great topic. This is something I have faced during conflict at workplace and loss of relationships . In the beginning, I used to be very upset but now have learnt to manage it. I try to form new goals and imagine my life the way I would want it. And then focus all my effort there. It's like channelling your emotion into something productive. And other times, I believe talking to friends help a lot. If someone is there to listen and give you an objective perspective about the situation then that goes a long way to become stable. Last but not the least, music . Listening to nice songs also help.

Playing some sport is one of the best. You sweat which releases Endorphins and you interact with person(s) who you are playing with. In addition, playing is a form of meditation because you are in present moment focussed on winning your next point, or scoring runs, delivering next ball or scoring next goal.

As you rightly said that Anxiety has become a reality these days be it in personal or professional field. Exposure to smartphones and social media has exacerbated the situation further. In few people, it is momentary and in few, it actually becomes a habit. Meditation, listening to music, pursuing your hobby, being mindful on present rather than pondering on baggage of past or uncertainties of future, opening up to your parents, fnds, doctors does help to overcome this. Thanks Chetan sir for your yet another insightful view.

Acceptance, like you said. It works good. I had/ have anxiety, been to a therapist.
But what works is acceptance, accept that you'll die one day, anything can go wrong, and some of it we can't control.
But don't let your mind face the pain twice, jab marenge dekha jayega 🤣. Gf bhag jaye toh dekha jayega, etc.

And now I am getting better in controlling it.
    How I deal
    - Yoga
    - Food
    - Honestly doing office work
    - Most Important I accepted that I am having anxiety and sharing with closed ones and asked for help.
    - Reading book
    - Gardening

Aur continuously scroll krti hu.. Uske bd realize krti wtf I wps doing.. So i suggest.. Reduce screen time.. And useless shits.. And keep your mind busy in studies or whatever u r chasing for... Just talk to your parents.. Just think ki i can do that... Jb sb kr skte h toh me ku nahii.... Sab thik hoga... Believe in god and youself.. U will be pay off for your work.. Sir I have faced anxiety when I was writing my mains exam. Literally I could not emphasize enough how bad it is.... Actually it became uncontrollable, no matter how much I tried. It was some wiered feeling in my chest , I was not relaxed , I was not able to eat anything , I was constantly walking and my mom was there but even she could not understand how I was feeling. And as soon as exam was over after 5-6 days I was completely normal. I was just so relaxed that I felt normal like other people. I don't know how to deal with it. Tomorrow again I have an exam and I could feel anxiety attacks from one day before. I have written a note for myself which I will read on the day of examination because I know what my condition is going to be that day . In that note I hv tried to explain to myself about my past achievements and moments where I was so strong. Let's see if it works.

I usually say to myself ‘kuch na kuch to ho hi jayega’ for situations related to business. And also i have realised and say to myself (though its too simplistic and is common sense) that from childhood till now i have stayed and situations have passed, so my ‘being’ is stronger than situations as situation ends. This helps me and i hope it is of some help to others.

Whenever I feel anxious I think "ek hi to zindgi hai use bhi tension mein kyun guzarna"focus on yourself, do your best for your Goals (CHR) and leave the rest on time and God 😀

Anxiety also causes loss of self- control and lower self esteem. It numbs the brain for some time.
If getting anxious , cry out. Throwing your emotions away from your body is very important.
Try walking every single day and taking breaks between your busy day.

Breathing really helps in anxiety ...........when you know your are anxious ......take long deep breath , zaruri nhi hai ke itni baar leni hai ya utni baar , just breath , you will actually feel better nd makes you able to deal with situations .........nd remember you don't always have to face every situation to prove yourself that you are strong , sometimes if you don't like the situation or surroundings you can leave that place or situation ..........when anxiety occurs at the time.of situations that actually matters in our life you face it , just breath nd you'll see the situation is not that out of your control nd you can definitely handle it ........i have personally experienced it and seena yhok ke bol skta hu we can hanlde situations no matter how hard it gets .......just breathe

Sir, sometimes bahut tensed hoti hu about my selection in ug course but sometimes mai khud ko bolti hu you have to face the success and failure. Agar failure aya to bhi chalega sirf you have stand up again and again. Success is not easy or impossible but hard to achieve it.
