I'm 79 and live alone and 18 months ago decided I had to do something to improve my fitness or get ready to go to a nursing home. I have fibromyalgia so have to cope with widespread pain, weakness and fatigue. Plus I was also very overweight. Since that time I have lost 60 pounds and am moving more easily. I have been doing some of your exercises up to 4 sessions a day. My ability to stand from a chair has increased a lot. I can now do 10 sit-to-stands at a time easily without chair arms or hands on thighs when at first I wore out after just two with chair arms. I still have occasional balance problems but that is improving also. My ability to do household chores and yardwork has increased immeasurably and with much less pain. Thanks to both of you for all you do. And no, don't mute Brad. I love listening to both of you. Hugs.

I found you guys so entertaining I thought even my husband will do these exercises! We both have bad backs and I also have a neck issue. Will be starting to do this either tonight or tomorrow! Whenever I can get him to sit down and actually do it. He did watch the whole video with me and okayed it!

About 4 years ago I had arthroscopic shoulder surgery in both shoulders. A friend of mine show me your website and I've never looked back! You guys are amazing and I can't thank you enough! Now I need you to so something surgery on both my thumbs I need strength Improvement on my left hand. I can't thank you guys enough thank you so much

PS I wanted my younger family members to do these but once they saw for “the elderly,” they refused to watch. These are excellent exercises for students or people stuck in conference calls all day due to Covid.
This was a very good set of chair exercises, thank you! This will work well when trying to get some movement in during the day. Brad's socks with the red feet and toes really helped in watching the feet move! Yes Brad I noticed and appreciated your socks, and Bob's white toes also: the audience could easily see what the movements are. Your question: no surgery....listening to your back and forth comments is one of the extra perks that make watching you that much better, a few smiles and chuckles! Keep up the good work!

Have added most of your exercises to my routine. Had spinal fusion done cervical, and T-7 to illium. Surgeon did not hear me, and I now have loose hardware. Trying to stay motivated, your videos help. Thank youp

Oh you guys are great I’m 68 so out of shape even though I’m skinny and tall this is my first exercise with you in chair loved it but who sweats during chair exercises plus I have arthritis screws and rod in leg from broken hip repair and total knee replacement in same leg I also back pain I’m really looking forward to keeping up with your exercises they are great 😊
