    "Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob."

    Bob and Brad. I have enjoyed and appreciated your work. Hope health issues clear up
    I am 80 and a serious walker; serious enough to walk 500 miles across Spain at 76, and soon again at 80. Serious!
    My suggestion is this. Many older people want to walk but don’t feel safe. They don’t want to look old and feeble, so they do nothing. Instead of a cane I teach them to use hiking sticks Now, instead of feeble, they are now seen as athletes! Before using sticks many neighbors would stop and offer a ride. Now nobody wants to interrupt my work out. You have such great influence, this may work for your many followers.

    Thank you for this Bob & Brad. I instruct a live virtual personal training session twice a week with a 86yr young man in a wheel chair. We basically have the same full body routine. Some of these we do. And some we will start doing. Thank you again.

    Really like the videos you focus on exercises for seniors. One suggestion, when stating to do something 10 times (for example), actually do the 10 with the viewer. Seniors stop the exercise when you do. Not able to keep going to finish the 10 when you hv moved on to another exercise. Many thx!

    In Canada, we ONLY allow one foot at a time to be lifted from the chair as it puts strain on the spine.

    hello Bob& Brad, help I'm 69 years old and I fell off my bike and broke my collar bone 6 weeks ago. this is the 6th time for my collar bones but 6 other bones since I was little. Now they tell me I have osteoporosis. I try and eat healthy and exercise 5 days a week. I use my bowflex, tread mill, yoga, ride my bike and hand weights. Plus we live out in the country so I receive lots of exercise working around our small ranch. My question is what can I do to build up my bones to protect myself? I'm 5'4 127# and I don't want to sit around wrapped in bubble wrap! Love your vides, need more than your Senior videos.

    I'm only 56 .....I feel left out ! LOL I bought one of the heating pads from the company and I'm waiting for it to show up. Imagine my surprise when I discovered they are Canadian and in the next province to me 🍁 Who did Brad remind me of ???? Charlie Chaplin is who came to my mind HAHAHAHA

      There are a few specific MS pages that may help. Dom Thorpe comes to mind. Is your left side completely unable to do anything or just very weak?
      I have MS too.
