I've made 60 of these in the past few weeks to donate. I tweaked the tail to suit my style & use a hand made pom pom made with the same yarn as the head. The little fuzzy butts are adorable!
THANK YOU for this easy and adorable scrap buster. My scrap jar is overflowing. Just remember to use embroidery instead of the safety eyes if you are planning on giving to kids under 3. Choke hazard. These are great as donations for ER nurses to give to kids who are freaking out. Great project. ❤️❤️❤️
At last, a real, mini stash buster. I always keep my little bundles of yarn, and these will work fine for him. This is absolutely adorable, and I do plan on making them. Great pattern and great tutorial. Thank you and God bless you both 🥰
I use a clean toffee apple stick for stuffing, or a bamboo chop stick. I use the start tail for a stitch marker or a piece of contrasting waste yarn. Thank-you.
I think I’m going to attempt to do this pattern. Only my version will be a little longer because I want to do it as a tracking for how many books I read in a year. And each color desk will represent a different book genre. It will be my little bookworm
Thank you! I'd seen the free pattern, but hadn't gotten around to downloading it. Then I saw your tutorial, and I just made my first Romi-Yo! They really are fun!
I crotcheted the joining chain around a twist tie...gives the little guy extra pizazzzz. Your awesome at this I enjoyed following along with you. I'm putting a video together for an raock post & will give you a shout out ❤
Great tutorial, Terri! I've just saved the pattern & completed a RomiYo in rainbow colours, so now I'm crocheting a second one like the Very Hungry Caterpillar! Cuuuute!🥰 Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Thank you for a lovely and simple explanation of these, just printed pattern off and can't wait to start them as I've loads and loads of small amounts of DK, Once again thank you and I've just subscribed ❤
Thank you Terri! I'll be making some of these for my grandson. I'll also make some into cat toys (for my daughters cats) by adding a little catnip in the stuffed parts.
So if you give this to a small child, you should put the stuffing into a small piece f knee high. Because .title ones like too pull the stuffing out. Just a suggestion.
I made a pastel colored worm and added a tiny bow on top of head. 😊 Would love to see if anyone could figure out how to make a tiny cap for the head ??
luv the way u teach this video - just the right speed & u show where the stitches go (great help) - will try this one too - was wondering where u get the safety eyes - I bought some but they r so hard to put in - the backing is different on mine. Many tks for all yr help & for making this video - will check yr other videos as well. BTW wud u happen to hv one on how to make a pocket monster - wud luv to see that one.
I put a link in the description box below the video. It says written pattern. It is a Ravelry link. You may have to have a Ravelry account (it's free) to be able to download it. But I think you should be able to follow the tutorial without the pattern.
I love this but I do have one comment .... you said ..OK.. so many times that it literally gave me a headache and I had to turn off the sound half way through ... you explained it really well you just need to stop putting in ..OK.. as a filler word
What if that's how she just talks? I think you should just say thank you for showing us how to make this. (I'm defending her because my filler word is "uhhh" and I never can hear myself say it)

You gave me an idea for a fidget worm.
You are welcome! And thank you so much for the Easter card. That was very sweet of you to think of me!
OK. I can't wait to try this for the babies.
If for babies, I would just stitch on some eyes and not use the tiny safety eyes.
@@YarnjoyPodcast they are 4 years old. ( grandkids, always my babies. Hahahaha )
So cute Terri!! Thanks.

Can you do magic circles with the body?
Yes, you can do it either way. Either magic circle or ch 2 and work in first chain of hook.
They are cute! Thanks
It’s so cute
I wrote the pattern as she went
Luv them!!
Thank you so much for doing this
I hope to make a hand full for the kids treasure chest.

Thabkyou
Pattern too hard to get! Can't download
It is a pretty easy pattern. you should be able to memorize it after you follow the tutorial.
🎉❤
🙂
Can you
😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤🎉
I don't have safety eyes
You could stitch on French knots or just embroider on some eyes.
I love this but I do have one comment .... you said ..OK.. so many times that it literally gave me a headache and I had to turn off the sound half way through ... you explained it really well you just need to stop putting in ..OK.. as a filler word
