So cute! I found the eyes at Walmart here in Kansas. 8 for 99 cents. Made one as I watched the video. Planning on making more and putting them out for others to find. I very recently joined the Random Acts of Crochet Kindness group and these will be among the first that I put out. Very well done video. Thanks so much.
Thank you! What a great tutorial video. I was following a different pattern, but I like this way much better. And now I know what I was doing wrong. :D I hate weaving ends - I'll definitely be crocheting over them from now on.
I ordered the small eyes from Amazon and used a multi-colored yarn. She turned out so cute! Thanks for the tutorial. I'll be making a lot more for RAOC for people to find.
Love your video tutorial! You spoke clearly and went at the perfect following speed. Thank you for sharing all your little tips which are so helpful. And most of all Thank You for sharing your creative inspiration.
Hi 👋 wanted to thank you for sharing your pattern. I saw other ones also they are so cute. I used your pattern but instead of using the foam curlers I used a slap bracelet in side. Ty it worked very well it looks like a snail. 🐌 I just increased the size of the tube. ❤
Hi! Love this, and want to make these for my second graders for the first day of school! Where can I get the eyes? Are they “Eye Finger Puppets”?? Thanks so much!
Hi. Some Walmarts carry them in the party favor section. If you have a Party City store near you they carry them too. I order mine off Amazon but if I am out of town I check the Walmarts along the way 🙂
Great question. They are everywhere. I was able to get big ones at Hobby Lobby. The small ones I had to get online at Amazon. Some Walmarts carry them. Michaels have them sometimes and if you are near a Party City, they carry them. 🙂
Great tip, working the tail in while making the chain! It’s my “learn something new every day” for today!
Thanks. I do this a lot 🙂
Just made my first worry worm. I think this would make a good Christmas gift.
Thanks. These would make awesome and adorable Christmas gifts especially in red, white an green :)
@@happyrockcrafts Great idea!! I'll have to check if I have green yarn. I have red and white.

You are so welcome! It is so much easier to crochet over the ends, isn't it? Thanks so much for watching and commenting ❤️🙂🙂
Just too cute and a great little gift to pass on to people just to say you are appreciated…like the checkers at grocery 😊😊
Thank you. Also just great to have extra with you because sometimes you see someone who looks like they may need a smile or something 🙂🙂
That is pretty cool how you crochet over your end as you go.
Thanks. It is so much easier and not so many ends to weave in later on. 😉
Excellent video! So patient and clear! Showed everything completely and close up. Most helpful, thank you.
Thank you so much 💙
These are the best ones yet!!!

You are so welcome!
Thanks. I was sewing the worm on. That looks easy enough and it sits up where mine rolled over.
Thank you. You will like attaching it on with your hook better. Hope it works out for you and that you like it better than sewing it on 🙂
love it.
Thank you 🙂
Thanks for sharing this pattern!
Love this so much! What a fun project! And thanks for the great tutorial - I appreciate that you don’t edit out the “oopsies!” 😊
yw. Thank you. I always include my oopsies lol. 😊
Can you share the link for the smaller eyes on Amazon, please? Thank you for this video!
I will add the link to the ones that I purchased 🙂
Hola 😊 me encanta los ojos donde se vende ? por favor dime cariño 🙏
Thank you. I purchase them on Amazon, they are googly finger puppet eyes 🙂
They are cute. What kind of yarn is that?
Hi. I used retro stripes from Red Heart 🙂 thanks
Whats the lovey yarn you use?
I believe this was my retro stripes by red heart. 🙂

Where did you find the smaller eyes?

😢 my only problem is they curl but not tight. Thank you for the lessons.🥰
Try putting more stitches into each chain or go down a hook size. You can see the difference in tightness in my new worm video I just posted. 🙂
i have tried n tried n just not getting attaching the eyes😢
What part are you having trouble with?
Where do you get the eyes?

I just made one and it's not setting right.
The back isn't in the middle.
Did you try doing another one? I am not sure what might have happened. Let me know if you tried again and if it worked out for you :)
