olaf's oldtimer. Repair. Fixing the Mercedes W201 190D inside blower motor and reverse light switch!

After quite some time and watching many videos on both issues "reverse lights not working" and "blower motor for cabin not working" in my Mercedes W201 190D we got started. Turns out: neither blower motor nor reverse light switch were broken. But we could fix both. So thank you Thomas for taking the time on one of the rare sunny afternoons on a week-end this month - in fact the only one - and figuring out what was the cause and fixing it. So I have a switch for the blower to repair now for future failures and a spare resistor in my box. Also good. Enjoy the video. Sorry I did not manage to make it shorter.

A job well done. Who would have known your reverse light switch had broken connections and was full of water... Fixing both problems with minimal parts was great. Thomas must be a good friend. Cheers.

Hi, I have a 190D, and i have to replace the coolant temperature sensor located between cylinder 2 &3, could you please let me know if we need to remove the manifold to replace this sensor, or is there an easier way. Many thanks in advance
