Recipe Notes
15g olive oil
30ml milk
100g pancake mix
50g chocolate
(1) Mix milk and olive oil well.
(2) Add the pancake mix and mix.
(3) When the batter starts to come together, add the chocolate and mix.
(4) Wrap in plastic wrap and roll out with a rolling pin into a square, about 2 cm thick.
(5) Cut off the edges and cut into 2cm pieces.
(6) Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
