Yeah, that's gotta be loud!
@@EdgeAutosport honestly its not to bad, super drony tho but once in 6th gear you can hardly hear it.
Another great video! Cant wait or part 2! I think I am sold on the Cobb now. I will be going catless dp so with how quite the Cobb is it should be just the right amount of sound. I am over the super loud exhausts. Looking for performance not attention hahaha.
I buy for my Fusion 2.0l ecoboost the CPE 3 inch exhaust + CPE 3 inch downpipe + GTX 2867 GEN II with external wastegate from you and I'm very happy with the sound and performance :)
What type of tips do you have on yours. I have black and the paint started to chip on one of the tips after less than a year
@@neverrelax8992 It the CPE exhaust for the Fusion 2.0l ecoboost, it a y pipe with double exhaust and no tip because the exhaust exist in the factory bumper with integrate rectangular tip.
@@samintrepid got it. Thanks
Good vid. No Mountune, ford racing parts, or Tsudo
wow great video, just bought a 2013 focus st exited to make a decision an get an exhaust for mine!!
would these make any sound difference on a regular 2013 ford focus 1.6?
Yes. I would assume they probably don't fit that model either?? It's not a car we see really
just picked up a 16 fost with a rsr cat back. sounds like bubbles popping lol - edit - after listening to all of them it sounds a lot like the injen one.
Loved the video man! Can't wait for that PT.2 of this. I've been on the lookout for an exhaust system for awhile now and have been wanting to get the AWE because of their 180 tech on their resonators and mufflers, but I'll wait for the track version to see yalls reaction to it and see if it's actually worth it!
Def wait for the second video - some great info in there for you. It will drop early this week!
@@EdgeAutosport omfg that AWE Track sounded so amazing!!!
Please do another one
which BOV is that?
stock BPV at the time of this video!
@@EdgeAutosport from what i recall, the factory bypass/recirculating valve is dead quiet.... i have the TS 50/50 and its the typical 'pshhhhhh'. That one def sounds like something you'd hear off a cold side charge pipe upgrade!
What tire setup is on the car?
245/40 18
I got the mbrp in stainless
Great video. I think your Si sounds a little better 😅
Those S's are whistly sheesh
Can confirm. I have the AWE exhaust, and it's loud AF lol.
Resonated or not? Is it touring model or track?
No Roush exhaust on a Ford build!? :(
AWE for the win 🏆
Tomei would’ve been cool to see!
We may throw that into a video at some point
How about mountune?
Is that focus modified other than the exhaust
exhausting get exhausting nice pun
Delightfully cringeworthy eh
I'm dreading the day my factory exhaust becomes an HP bottle neck. I'll miss how quiet it is.
That said, the Cobb sounds the most mature to my ears.
And I thought I was the only person who enjoyed not hearing a droning exhaust note the entire time I'm behind the wheel and also not alerting everyone wthin 2 square miles to the fact that I'm accelerating rapidly. Maybe I'm just getting old.
@nbm02ss I am as well - got a cobb dp sitting in the box until I get a real catback. Cobb seemed like it would be the best bet so far.
I am at 366whp on a factory exhaust with the cat. (GTX2867r gen2). All I have done to the exhaust was a resonator delete.
@@slohachi6433 91/93? Aux fuel? Mid 300s is what I'm hoping for on pump gas and stock fuel system when I get a larger turbo.
Tell him Alan 🤣🤣
Don’t care at all about sound….should have dyno’d them to see which one made the most power and torque….that’s all that truly matters in my opinion…..
Dad jokes for life lmao!
Shinny syndrome is reason why most get the RS and most of them own iphones lmao
The fact that this exists but I got to look at 15 year old vids at 240p for my subies exhaust 😒
Flowmaster is best!!
The "Outlaw" is an interesting kit, its got a resonator unlike our other kits, with a 3in pipe into a 2.5in axle back... might be worth testing!
@@EdgeAutosport Yes it is worth the time! American Thunder is a great sounding exhaust without the muffler and smaller pipes
You should really wear safety glasses when cutting with a saw a metal shaving and the eye is no fun thanks for the video
All modern cars have 2 mufflers a primary and a secondary nothing has a resonator anymore lol
