That desire you have in your heart to help people comes from the Lord. You are making a difference! you can pray for them and minister to those out side of your job. Sometimes God places us in situations we dont understand, However He is developing you for His calling. Listening to someone is helping also. Just being there. Yes you may not be able to do surtain things. Take this experience and apply it to God's calling on your life. I have been at a job where I asked God why am I here? Then I realize I was called to witness and help someone at that job. Thank God you have that job and praise Him when you sit at your desk. First turn to Jesus Christ with your life. Let him heal the pain and and start living for Him and you will see Him turn your life around and use you for His glory!.
