What a classic, right? It was so much fun replaying all the Uncharted games for this video series. Thanks for checking out some of my other videos, EK!!
Good video, nicely edited, great overall presentation of the game that makes you wanna know more if you've never seen it. And I appreciated the WTF moment. The franchise has quite a few of those, but I think it adds to the charm. And hey, it's not Italy, it's Turkey. 😁 What should also be mentioned is the outstanding musical score by Greg Edmondson that actually rivals the best adventure film scores out there, and the ridiculously charming and talented voice/mo-cap cast. They really bring across the fun they had making the trilogy, and the love and friendship that formed behind the curtain. Uncharted is a great example of "They don't make 'em like this anymore". The first was magical despite all its glaring gameplay faults, being just the right game for the right console at the right time, filling the void left by the Tomb Raider franchise (at the time) and going right back to the pulpy Indiana Jones roots of the genre. The second game stands head and shoulders above the first and exploded into pop culture, and rightly so. The third seemed not well-liked at the time, very unfairly so in my opinion because I think it's the best of the trilogy despite glaring flaws ín the storytelling. This light-hearted pulp adventure fun that reminds you of Indiana Jones juuust enough but becomes its own thing sadly is a thing of the past, and the less said about the fourth game, the better. 😉
Thank you so much for kind words, Don! So greatly appreciate that. Yeah, I stumbled onto quite a few "wtf" moments in this play through, haha, but I agree! Adds to the charm for sure. Ah, Turkey! I hate it when I mess up those details, appreciate the correction! You're on the money, I haven't spoken too much about the OST's, but they're really great. I've been buying them for the videos and it's been great fun to listen to them. Yes, I'm really interested in the perception of part 3. I'll be covering both 3 and 4 in the next two videos, so I'm really looking forward to replaying both to cover them. I recall really loving part 3, but we'll see if it holds up... I'm very interested to hear why you didn't care for 4! Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I'm so grateful for your support of the videos. :)
As soon as I saw uncharted 2 I immediately clicked. Seeing this makes me want to replay Uncharted 2 again 😁

I played this before the first, and it's probably why I enjoyed it so much more. They're all great games, but this one was my favorite!
Oh man, it's gotta be tough to go back to number 1 after part 2 haha, this is a great favorite pick!
Uncharted 4 is the game that came with my Ps4. I just had to get the nathan drake collection when I found out it was a thing
That's great pack in right there!
