That ITC valley cover is the biggest waste of money imaginable. It "makes the engine look pretty"until you put on the intake, throttle body and water pump, then you'll never see it again. ITC billet makes good parts, but this isn't one of them.

most dod delete kits come with that plate. I used regular timing gear without the vvt and replaced the cam and lifters. engine runs like an old skool ls engine
