I had a friend with a 944 turbo, and I had Corvettes most of the time. Then i ran across a 928 for sale and took it on a test drive. Damn near killed my self, but i did like the Porsche interior. Later i ended up in a 98 C5 LS 6 speed but thought this chassis and a 944 Body would be a nice ride. Never got to it. My wife just could not understand why I would want to do that. But your project explains it all. Very very well done. Nice result, congrats, Dennis in Virginia
Thank you Dennis, it was a ton of work but at the end of the day it was all worth it. Thank you so much for understanding my obsession with this project, lol. Thank you for your kind words and thank you for watching and supporting my channel.
Very nice job. I had a Ruf tuned 944 Turbo back in the late 90's early 2000s. I regret selling it on. One of the best driving autos I've had. Congrats and enjoy!
Thank you so much, I have worked so hard on this car but every minute has been worth it. I think these 944s are so sexy and I am very passionate about making them the best they can be. Love the extra fiberglass work with the LEDs super clean brother! ESPECIALLY The Shot of the car with them lit up as the sun was going down. Nice Job! Got To Give Credit Where It's DUE & I MUST SAY YOUR VISION FOR THIS CAR IS AMAZING.
I had never done any fiberglass work before so it was fun learning how to do it, it was challenging to make it look Like I wanted it to, but I love a challenge. I love the way Will lights look at night it really brings a new twist on the front end of this 944. Thank you so much for watching!
Awesome! have fun with it, let me know how it is going. I have a new video comimg out next week, I did some things to the 944 and it is looking better then ever. Thanks for watching!
That is awesome, I can't wait to see your 944. I would also like to see your Toyota supra. I love it when people keep old awesome cars alive. Thanks so much for watching!
Love what you did with the bumper LED's. Looks like the Wraith coming at you at night!!!!! I'm just going to get a blueprint crate engine delivered to me when I swap
Thank you. That bumper was definitely a labor of love and I love the way it turned out. I'm 100% on your side if I had it to do over again I would've just ordered a new engine. I wasted my money and wish I could do it over again. Good luck on your swap I'm sure it will be awesome when it's done. Thank you so much for watching and happy new year.
My brother did almost the exact same thing. His is red with turbo twists, but not as complete yet. I’m currently looking for a 968 to try and do. Sweet car mar!
You should definitely do your project, it is a lot of work but it will be worth it once it's done. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Great car. I’m with you on this. I feel that the 944 is one of the best looking porche models built. The fact that you can buy them right makes them an awesome candidate for a resto-mod. The updating that you did was very tastefull. I’d love to know how much you have in the car total.
Thank you very much for the compliment, I did pour my heart and soul into this car. To be perfectly honest with you after I rebuilt the engine transmission I had to stop looking at how much I had into the car. I stopped saving receipts and stopped counting. I did talk to someone today that said I could get almost $30,000 for this 944 if I was to sell it... If that is true I might make a little prophet if I did not include my time. For me this was a labor of love. I could have done it for a lot less if I just picked a donor engine and put it in but it kind of snowballed and I upgraded almost everything on the car. Thank you for watching and if you do a conversion please let me know how it is going, i would love to see someone els doing one .
Love the black on black and Wow! You your valence mod customization was amazing. Crept I would went with the amber LED’s. I’m feeling my really inspired right now. I wished you would mentioned some cost or even an over all. Anyway she came out beautifully.
Thank you so much, I'm glad you like the build. To be honest with you I do not know how much it cost I did not want to add it up when I was done because I spent way too much on this project :). I really appreciate you watching and supporting my channel.
Hanz did it I forgot to mention that I bought a ‘88 Turbo from the original owner. He told me he removed the guards the 1st week of buying the car. He was completely spot on for doing it. If you look around you will occasionally see one w/o the guards. I think you will agree it’s a much cleaner look
I dont mean to be off topic but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an instagram account..? I was dumb forgot the password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
@Ethan Mario I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im trying it out now. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Me too, to be honestly after I paid for the engine rebuild I kind of stopped counting just because it was getting so out of hand. If I had it to do over again I would buy a NEW LS3 crate engine $10K Renegade hybrids kit with headers 5K transaxle rebuild $3K Breaks and suspension 2K . Total $20K. bodywork and paint could range anywhere between $1000 in $20,000 depending on how far you want to dive into the rabbit hole. After all is said and done I think this car might be worth about $30,000 so not a lot of profit in it. It was more a labor of love (These numbers are just estimates do not quote me). Hopefully this is helpful thank you so much for watching.
I know right, it is kind of crazy that they did not just do it right the first time and provide lights and a really good fitting front end. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Wow! Very nice car indeed. And a very very nice job doing the fiberglass on the front bumper. The LED's add such a nice touch. And you better believe if I heard the LS1 coming from what the original 4 banger sat. I would probably break my neck wondering WTF?!?!?! Lol such an upgrade
Thank you for noticing the small details, it was a lot of work but I think it all paid off in the fit and finish. I will tell you every time I start the car it kind of makes me laugh a little, just because it is so ridiculous how killer it sounds. Thanks for watching!
I LOVE IT !!!!!!!! IT's EXACTLY how I want one.. This and a 3rd gen t-top camaro (Also done like this) are my 2 wants. Currently shopping for my project

Maybe someday we'll cross paths and I can pick your brain a bit. I'm just down OR-97 outside Klamath Falls. I'd thought about doing this swap at the beginning of the year, but uh... Yeah, let's just say 2020 happened. I have been thinking about picking up a ragged 944 to swap again as I have someplace to store it for when I can get to it. I have one widebody v8 now (a Foxbody Mustang), and I'd love to add a 944 to the mix to compare them. Do you take it out to shows during the nice weather? I went to Sunriver last year in the widebody, and have family to visit in Redmond. Love the story, and it sounds familiar. The rabbit hole can be pretty deep sometimes!
The mirrors are stock 944 mirrors I just took out all of the guts of the mirrors and the huge plastic basils. I use the three screw holes and put big washers on them so I could use double-sided tape to just adhere the mirrors directly. Unfortunately you cannot move the mirrors but I set them up they are perfect for me. Since I'm the only one that drives this car I figured that would be OK. Thank you so much for watching.
It has been a lot of work but it definitely has paid off, I love this car. If you want to see the latest update I have made a few changes that have made the car even a little better. th-cam.com/video/Pu4HhtKP-Sw/w-d-xo.html Thank you for watching and supporting my channel!
Congrats to you...wish I had the expertise and resource to change out to a LS engine with more hp...love the 944 body work ..after all these year unappreciated so glad it finally it is getting the recognition it deserves
It is really great to hear good feedback after all of the work it feels like it paid off and I'm glad I can share it with the world. Thank you for watching!
I will definitely try to find a rear bumper for this car, I agree they look very sleek. I think all of the Porsche engines when they are running well are amazing I just wanted a little more power. More power equals more fun, or more trouble LOL. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Easy try calling renegade hybrids and talk to somebody over there they are super helpful and are willing to give you advice on what car you could get as a donor and the best engine to fit your 944. They are truly the expert in doing this, they will not steer you wrong. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel. Have fun with the build.
Turbo twist wheels...LOL...still better than the phone dials. Not a fan of that grill...taking 3 or 4 inches out of the rear bumper does wonders. Car is screaming for a tint job...back window can be troublesome, ask me how I know.
This is what I’m doing to a 87 model same naturally aspirated and putting a rebuilt/built 5.3 truck motor in supposed to put down 450-500 at the wheels can’t wait to drive it
cause up with your project. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Please keep me posted on how your project is going. Thank you so much for watching.
Very nice. I’m dreaming of doing the same for my ‘83 na. Just ordered and received a turbo radiator. Then I’ll do wheels and brakes, then save for the conversion kit. I’m a few years out from the LS but like the idea of a donor Camaro. Cool.
This is an amazing car for sure I absolutely love the way they built this body. I feel super lucky to have had the chance to build this car, I'm glad you like it too thank you so much for watching!
Hello that is such a cool car I can appreciate what you've done to this baby it look great my dad did a gran national complete set up on his 79 triumph tr7 and the same wow factor but he worked on his for 14 yrs as a project for him not to get bored but when he finished it everybody in town thought that it was a Ferrari I really enjoyed your stay about this car I have a relative who owns a 944 now I want to hear more about your cars n projects Peace
Thank you for the nice comments. I love to hear stories about other car guys building amazing machines, you should look into building your Mercedes. My transmission is being rebuilt and I should have the car back up and running in the next month or so, I have some plans for some more videos for sure. Thank you so much for watching!
I’m digging this build! The black wheels and lowering it some turned out nicely too. What seats are those that you installed? I have hundreds of other questions too, but I’ll leave it at just that one. I’m getting an 87 924s and have been seriously considering doing what you have done. Of course I’ll need to add a little extra to the body in order to achieve a more 944/924 GT look.

@@hanzdidit You bet! A buddy of mine and I have been thinking about doing a 944 LSx swap and I shared your video and another person's video with him. I can't wait until we get our shop built and we have space, along with a lift, to actually work and store cars. I am intrigued by this swap. German engineering with Chevy power! What's not to like??? Good video, enjoyed the content.
I wish I had some great words of wisdom for you the bottom line is that it is a lot of work, just stick with it until it is done and do not quit. You can do it!
Love the car! I had an 84’ 944 about 15 years ago. I’d love to get another one and LS swap it. I travel to bend occasionally. Maybe I could stop by and see the swap in person?
You are going to have to check with renegade hybrids but yes I believe that they have a kit for that car as well. It is a lot of work but in the end it is all worth it. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Yes I was able to find a limited slip engine from a 1987 944S. I did spend the money to have it rebuilt which was pretty expensive but worth it. Let me know if you have anymore questions and thank you so much for watching.
The one I got was called the Evo something... Do you know if you can still get the euro version that you're talking about? I would love to buy another one of these bumpers so I have an extra one or in case I do another 944 build. Let me know if you have some kind of link or contact. Hope you like the car, thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel!
@@hanzdidit yes I am sure you can still get it I saw it several places when I was looking for parts. They are not road legal here lol but I am sure you knew that. My swap should be ready in a week I hope. 5 years of dicking with it to find someone who would take it on in sask. Had to repo it three times from joke mechanics. If it turns out ok I will let you know. Canada is not a good place to hotrod a car no one knows what they are doing.
I used the computer from the Camaro that i took the LS out of, and I was able to get all the VDO Gages in the Porsche dash to work. it was a clean install. Thanks you so much for watching.
Ok, wow, that front end was incredible. How does it handle with the bigger motor? Do you lose it a little bit on the turns? My 83’ hugs the road on curves as you know. Since I have the manual steering rack and the sloowww 2.5L NA.
Thank you so much. Believe it or not the LS one aluminum block is only 30 pounds heavier than the cast-iron four-cylinder 2.5L that comes stock with the Porsche 944s. I have not noticed any difference, it seems to handle just as well if not better. Thank you so much for watching and the positive feedback, you made my day.
@@hanzdidit Wow man! Only 30 more lbs?! There’s a place in my town, I live in Vegas, called Renegade, all they do is LS swaps for Porsches. They sell the kits too.
I am not exactly sure how you would do it on their website, for me the best way was to call them and explain what I wanted to do. They had a lot of questions for me as to how far did I want to take the project. It was great talking to them on the farm because they gave me lots of options that I could pick from or just get the basic kit. This would be my suggestion for anybody trying to buy this kit, give them a call. Thank you so much for watching and I hope this was helpful.
One of my requirements when I bought this car was that it was in really good shape and had no rust. I didn't really plan on doing this build but I was picky when I was making my purchase. I took out the electric seats and replaced them with some seats from this company I found called carid.com. I think I have links to the seats in the steering wheel in the description. I bought a dash cover from eBay and it made the whole interior look almost brand new. I also got a new shifter knob which I have gotten some controversy about but I think it looks pretty cool. I found that on eBay as well. This has been a labor of love and everybody will have different tastes but I think this turned out pretty close to what I imagined when I started. Thank you so much for watching
@@hanzdidit Thanks for getting back to me! This is very helpful. I'm considering getting a 944 and doing an LS swap as well. My neighbour had a beautiful red one when I was a kid. Love the look but not at all crazy about the base power. I have a 2022 Camaro 2SS and would love to have a 944 with a similar power plant. Came close to getting an '83 944 on the weekend. Had only 60k km and had been in storage for 10 years. It didn't last long though and I missed out. Was only $4k. Anyway, thanks for all the info!
I totally agree with you and I am looking for one. I think it would really finish the car off really well. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel.
Good plan. I have seen people do it cheaper but the stuff I got from Renegade Hybrids was about 5K and the LS3 is up to you if you want a new one or getting a salvaged one. Thanks for watching.
I am using a 944S transmission and it seems to be holding up really well. I did have it rebuilt and I do not hammer it so hopefully it will last a long time. Thank you so much for watching.
Man, it looks great, but if you ever decide to do any more body work, you should consider a wide body kit and some wider wheels and tires. That would give it a "GTS" lok.
I was having trouble finding any high-quality parts at all for the body. Do you have a good source? I would love some guidance to where I could find some wide body kits. Let me know and thanks for watching!
To be honest with you I stopped counting because it was making me sick to my stomach. In the car turned out the way I wanted and that's all that matters. To me lol. It was a lot.
Did you change the intake or cam in the LS1? I’m considering swapping my NA for a LS. Can’t decide if I should go crate engine or find a good low mile. How did you get the gauges to work with the GM ECU? Thanks! Love your car.
this was just the stock LS out of the Camero. I probably should've put a cam in it but I didn't wanna blow up the trans axle. If I had it to do over again I would've got a crate engine, by the time I bought the car and rebuilt the engine it would have been very close to the crate price. The company I bought my kit from renegade hybrid was able to give me a wiring diagram so I could wire up my VDO gauges.
Thanks you so much here is the most up to date 944 video if you want to check it out. th-cam.com/video/Pu4HhtKP-Sw/w-d-xo.html Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Do you have a parts list? I have been trying to figure out best brake options since mine is a 84 N/A. I pretty much have a list of everything I need for LS swap, etc. I also have an L83 I have thought about trying to make work, but I am going to sell it and just get an LS. Less headache :)
I do not have a parts list but I did get most of my tips from Renegade Hybrids in Las Vegas. I think I got my brakes from Summit Racing I found this kit for your car (84 - 944) www.summitracing.com/parts/wil-140-11018-dr maybe this will help. I went with the Wilwood brakes. Considering I had to loose my power break booster they work great. I hope this helps and thank you for watching!

Hanz, as a fellow DIYr and car guy, I really appreciate what you have done here. If you had a "do over" would you have tried to get ahold of a 944 Turbo to start with or are you happy going with an NA model?
Hey Seth, I am happy with the 944s, I wold like to have a transaxle from a turbo but they are hard to find any more. The problem with the turbo cars is that they have been hammered on a bit more with the extra HP. My 944s only had 150 ish HP so it was not doing to many burnouts if you know what I am saying. Looks awesome, I have a 1985.5 that i want to do and spoke with renegade guys. if you had to est how much were you in it for? I like the seats you have what brand are they?
That's awesome, I would love to see the progress of your build. Honestly I did stop counting after a while because it just went so wild. It very quickly went to just pulling the old engine and putting it into this car, all the sudden I was rebuilding that engine. Then we had to do the brakes and then we had to do the suspension and then I want to do the interior, on and on. So it was a lot of money. If I had any advice for you I would tell you to buy a crate engine or Get a good running engine out of a donor car and make sure that you do your breaks. and see how much further you wan to go at that point. this would be around $10 to 12K and that car will keep you smiling.
Not even a car guy and this is awesome. 👍
Thanks man, I really appreciate that. Thanks for watching!
At the end of this project I am super stoked about the way it turned out Thanks for watching. Here is the latest update to the video th-cam.com/video/Pu4HhtKP-Sw/w-d-xo.html
You should put window louvers on the back glass. I love this car and you really did a wonderful job.
Thank you so much, it was a labor of love for sure. Every time I open my garage door. I look at her and she makes me smile. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Congrats, that is an awesome build and a lot of work and effort but now its close to perfect 💪🏻
It was definitely a lot of work but it all paid off and I really love the car now. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Just picked up my 944 and will be using yours as inspiration. Going to start with an 6.2 L92 swap next year.
Awesome! have fun with it, let me know how it is going. I have a new video comimg out next week, I did some things to the 944 and it is looking better then ever. Thanks for watching!
Nicely done- excellentbuild. I've always loved the 944.
Thank you so much, You made my day. I love this car. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for posting this video. I daily drive a rebuilt 1990 Toyota supra with pop-up headlights. A 944 is my next project car.
Very cool wheels 👍🏻
Beautiful car 👍🏻

Great job! Looks fantastic and it's your car, your vision. Those cars definitely needed a healthy V-8!
I love that word "Fantastic" that is a great way to describe this car. Thank you so much for watching my story!
Wow! Oregon! I miss that place. Eugene....
I bought an 85 rx7 gsl se there. I took it back to Tx where I ended up putting a .060 sbc in it.
Awesome! It is a lot of work but in the end it is all worth it! Thanks for watching.
Just my opinion: removing the horizontal door guards is the easiest way to update the look of any 944. It’s a cleaner look.
Hey man, thanks for the tip, I will look for some pictures that do not have them installed and check it out. Thanks for watching!
Hanz did it
I forgot to mention that I bought a ‘88 Turbo from the original owner.
@Cash Silas instablaster :)
@Ethan Mario I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im trying it out now.
I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Would really like to know how much you put into a new engine, tran, suspension, and brakes
It Shuda been a vw sports entry....and a Porsche front engine entry...with Porsche performance...but for swap enthusiasts it's pure gold.....
Thank you so much!
Extremely well done. The LEDs are awesome. Yeah, why would that fibreglass company make a front end to house old lights instead of new lighting…?
I know right, it is kind of crazy that they did not just do it right the first time and provide lights and a really good fitting front end. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
nice work, an LS1 makes pretty much any car fun
To be precise it makes it almost twice as fun, lol. Thanks so much for watching I'm glad you like the car.
Good job, well done man. Love the 944

Nice build on all you cars, keep up the good work! Thanks for watching and supporting my channel!
That is a great build, and you did a great job on it.
Thank you so much I am so stocked about how it turned out, I love this car! Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
It looks badass with the lights man great job makeing your car I hope you have a great experience 👌🏼
Appreciate it!!
please tell us about those cool/slim mirrors
The mirrors are stock 944 mirrors I just took out all of the guts of the mirrors and the huge plastic basils. I use the three screw holes and put big washers on them so I could use double-sided tape to just adhere the mirrors directly. Unfortunately you cannot move the mirrors but I set them up they are perfect for me. Since I'm the only one that drives this car I figured that would be OK. Thank you so much for watching.
@@hanzdidit OK - That is helpful, and makes sense. Looks fantastic, understand the limitation.

I just would change also the rear bumper. What do you think. I own a 944 s2 and I think this is the best stock engine for the 944.
I will definitely try to find a rear bumper for this car, I agree they look very sleek. I think all of the Porsche engines when they are running well are amazing I just wanted a little more power. More power equals more fun, or more trouble LOL. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
Very clean and tasteful build. I can tell you love it.

Looks amazing! I was thinking about doing the same thing.
You should do it, it is a lot of work but worth it in the end.
Does anyone know, what year Chevy model car with an LS engine will work with a 1983 Porsche 928s? For an engine swap.
I would love to see what you were thinking please send me some photos
This is what I’m doing to a 87 model same naturally aspirated and putting a rebuilt/built 5.3 truck motor in supposed to put down 450-500 at the wheels can’t wait to drive it

Awesome build!!!!👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you so much. Thanks for watching,
Very nice. I’m dreaming of doing the same for my ‘83 na. Just ordered and received a turbo radiator. Then I’ll do wheels and brakes, then save for the conversion kit. I’m a few years out from the LS but like the idea of a donor Camaro. Cool.
You can do it! Let me know how it is going.

Agree, you made the car that should’ve been! Awesome 👍👍
Thanks SuperChief5 I am glad you like it. Lots of work but worth it in the end. Thank you for watching!

Where did you get that front bumper?
Sorry for the late reply, I think I got the last one of about 400 and they are now all gone. Hope you like the video, thank you so much for watching.
Can you do this with a 1977 924?
You are going to have to check with renegade hybrids but yes I believe that they have a kit for that car as well. It is a lot of work but in the end it is all worth it. Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel.
So did you use the stock trans from the Porsche
Yes I was able to find a limited slip engine from a 1987 944S. I did spend the money to have it rebuilt which was pretty expensive but worth it. Let me know if you have anymore questions and thank you so much for watching.
The front bumper you got was the euro version copy.
@@hanzdidit I think ebay UK is the best bet. Can also google Porsche wreckers in Europe.
Do those wheels come in right and left twists? I bought a new RX7 GXL in 86 and the wheels had different twists
The Porsche Turbo Twist wheels only come in this configuration and they are staggered.
Absolutely beautiful job brother 👍🏻
I really appreciate it, you made my day. Thank you so much for watching!
what kind of electronics did you get to control the LS motor? or dash did you get?
I used the computer from the Camaro that i took the LS out of, and I was able to get all the VDO Gages in the Porsche dash to work. it was a clean install. Thanks you so much for watching.
I live outside Portland also ! I got a all white 88 924s
Nice! I love the body style on this car probably the sexiest car made in the 80s. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel.
Great job on the car!
Thanks!
I have a 1994 968 I'm hoping to to do the same !
it is a fun project, but a lot of work, keep me posted on how it is going, and if you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them for you
How could I order the ls swap kit from their website?
I am not exactly sure how you would do it on their website, for me the best way was to call them and explain what I wanted to do. They had a lot of questions for me as to how far did I want to take the project. It was great talking to them on the farm because they gave me lots of options that I could pick from or just get the basic kit. This would be my suggestion for anybody trying to buy this kit, give them a call. Thank you so much for watching and I hope this was helpful.
Looks awesome! What did you replace in the interior and with what? Everything looks new (dash, door panels, ...) and those seats look amazing!
Anyway, thanks for all the info!
need that rear diffuser i think nice build
I totally agree with you and I am looking for one. I think it would really finish the car off really well. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel.
How much did cause cuz I wanna buy one but engine swap it with maybe a ls3
Good plan. I have seen people do it cheaper but the stuff I got from Renegade Hybrids was about 5K and the LS3 is up to you if you want a new one or getting a salvaged one. Thanks for watching.
Can I use a non turbo transaxle with the ls swap?
I am using a 944S transmission and it seems to be holding up really well. I did have it rebuilt and I do not hammer it so hopefully it will last a long time. Thank you so much for watching.

great job!
Thank you so much. This was definitely a labor of love and I am so excited about how it turned out. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel.
Broadfootmotorsports.com has a great selection. I willwarn you, once you see these kits, you will want one!!
Just curious, how much has it cost?
I stoped counting, I do not want to know :)
Ha, I know the feeling. I'm around 15-20K and I didn't do an LS swap, or paint, but I did spend a lot on suspension...
ahh place in vegas specialized in these would always show up at events and meets..few tried them...no one kept them
Thanks for watching!
How much did you spend Total for the swap
The company I bought my kit from renegade hybrid was able to give me a wiring diagram so I could wire up my VDO gauges.

what transaxle?
I got a transaxle out of a 944S that was an LSD
Do you have a parts list? I have been trying to figure out best brake options since mine is a 84 N/A. I pretty much have a list of everything I need for LS swap, etc. I also have an L83 I have thought about trying to make work, but I am going to sell it and just get an LS. Less headache :)
I do not have a parts list but I did get most of my tips from Renegade Hybrids in Las Vegas. I think I got my brakes from Summit Racing I found this kit for your car (84 - 944)
www.summitracing.com/parts/wil-140-11018-dr
maybe this will help. I went with the Wilwood brakes. Considering I had to loose my power break booster they work great. I hope this helps and thank you for watching!

Hey there Hans. I’m Leo from Los Angeles. Love this video, I’m inspired, and would like to know if I can chat with you off TH-cam. I have questions about your process. Thanks!
Sure thing how do I get a hold of you?
Hanz, as a fellow DIYr and car guy, I really appreciate what you have done here. If you had a "do over" would you have tried to get ahold of a 944 Turbo to start with or are you happy going with an NA model?
Hey Seth, I am happy with the 944s, I wold like to have a transaxle from a turbo but they are hard to find any more. The problem with the turbo cars is that they have been hammered on a bit more with the extra HP. My 944s only had 150 ish HP so it was not doing to many burnouts if you know what I am saying. To answer your question for the way I drive it... it is a perfect setup and I love it. Here is a link to the latest video on the 944 th-cam.com/video/Pu4HhtKP-Sw/w-d-xo.html Just a few updates. it is so great to get positive feedback! Thank you so much for watching, let me know if you want to see more videos about this car and what you would like to see...?
Thank you so much for watching!
Just wondering, where did you get your front bumper?
Unfortunately the company that was making these stopped production on this bumper. It is sad because I really think this thing makes the car look so much better. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel.
