That's how it is, sad to say. Even over here in England, where I am a 'real' Liberal (not a Liberal Democrat), it is the same - it has gotten to the point where, with my friends of a more Left leaning, I have had to instantiate a "No Politics" rule so as not to have endless torrents of what can only be termed Media Propaganda spouted at me all night long.
Indeed, even tho' I will proclaim I am *not* Right Wing for as long as I have breath, I have noticed that my circle of friends has evaporated in recent years due to my holding my ground on such issues as Free Speech, religious freedom that includes Christians as well, the right to not have my country wrecked by unfettered immigration and keeping political activism out of schools.
The Left has to either find it's common sense again or it needs to be replaced root and branch by a more centrist party ... which is what the (British) Liberal party used to be.

I wish I could remember where I watched a video of the two young women who laughed at a US Marine veteran and repeatedly called him "basic". He had taken a job at a fast food restaurant after his wife of 45 years had passed and he wanted to stay occupied. They order was wrong and they decided to make a big deal out of it. They were merciless towards the staff. The look on their faces when they was told he was a decorated Viet Nam vet, a licensed pilot, former mayor of a small town, the owner of two successful businesses that he sold when his wife got sick. Raised two sons who both attended the US Naval Academy and both were pilots. Neither of the two women had even graduated high school and were unemployed. Their response when they found out? "Whatever".
People like to throw shit out there like "delete that or I'm gonna fuck you up right now". That can be dangerous depending on who you're threatening and what state you're in. In 'Stand Your Ground' states, a person only has to FEEL like they're in danger, and feel like they're at risk of great bodily harm or death in order to shoot.

The students protesting at Kent were stoning the National Guard members. That’s deadly force. Stoning is still used in countries around the world as capital punishment. They were no longer unarmed when they began stoning the National Guard.

Well, they are in swimming suits, with pants made to go over them, I have seen worse things out at the beach. They may have been getting ready to go to the pool, or beach, or just coming from there, so I won't fault them for that. I mean, I wouldn't dress like that, but I am 50, now, but I would have dressed like that in the 80s, if I were going to the beach, or whatever. Kaitlin had a really short dress on, herself, and she has shown a lot of skin, in the past, too. She is married and she is a mother, now (this video was from 2020, before she had her baby, I believe), so I would hope she wouldn't still be dressing that way. Listen, I was young and beautiful and I dressed like that, but when I became a wife and a mother, I stopped, so I get it. Thankfully, we didn't have the internet, back then, because I am sure we would have been on it. I stopped watching Kaitlin, a while back, partly because she was showing so much skin, when she didn't need to, her message was always on point, so she didn't need to let other men, other than her fiance, who was always behind the camera, see everything she had. She is gorgeous, she has a good message, for the most part, and she had a great man, waiting to marry her. I guess I am just old fashioned, as they say, and I am a mom, and, I know, it shouldn't bother me, if her husband wasn't bothered by it, but, maybe, he was, and just didn't want to say anything. I tell my daughter, if she is showing too much, which, she usually doesn't, because she loves God, and I always ask her if she would dress that way, if He was sitting beside her. Her answer is usually "no." The way they were dressed is the least problem, with this interview, Kaitlyn was threatened, and stood strong, and these girls were so uneducated, sadly.

Went to Vegas a couple weeks ago and women walking to the clubs wearing sheer clothing with no panties or bras. My husband said wow these young ladies need to have more respect for themselves. I kinda laughed and said, "Okay Dad!". He's 43 and we have a 20 yr old daughter. I thought about it after and realized that those women were probably our daughters age.

@@GapRecordingsNamibia I agree, I was raised in the 80's where it was the norm for women to think they were brave to be single mothers and date whomever they wanted with no consequence and now I've had to reprogram my brain of everything I was taught. I brought my daughter up knowing that a man leads and a woman submits to her husband (within reason). That you want to be ideal to him and him to you, not to take advantage of a partner and do what you can to make their life easier and vice versa. Hopefully more women are teaching their kids what gender roles are and to stop all this nonsense that's been taught for a few decades now. Showing/giving your body to everyone who doesn't deserve it doesn't get you anywhere but feeling less of yourself and doing a walk of shame the next morning. Nobody can change my mind on that, it isn't women's empowerment.

There was a time when Kait had no choice but to be incognito when she'd go out to do her Q&As because people like these girls would start telling everyone who she was and she'd get followed and threatened by huge mobs of people.
It's why she brings security with her everywhere she goes. It's pretty pathetic that some people just immediately get like these girls did. And it isn't just young people that do this to her. Plenty of grown-azz people get nasty and threaten her. One older man in one of her videos, told her he'd throw her down and r*** her! Then, he tried to apologize when he realized he was gonna be all over the internet saying that.

I've wondered since seeing that video, if he didn't at least get a visit or a phone call from local law enforcement. It was pretty scary just to watch it on video. Katelyn had photos done with an AR-10 at Kent State University. It was her graduation pictures, and she did it AFTER SHE GRADUATED because STUDENTS are not allowed to have firearms on the campus grounds. She graduated and was no longer a student.

I struggle with that as well. I often believe there is a huge difference between opinion of someone and a judgement. We all have an opinions, they come easily and often . It doesn't mean we've made a judgement. Judgement gets a lot more due diligence.
There are two types of judgement. There is discernment and there is retribution. The first is good and the latter should be avoided. You can have an opinion about somebody, but the trouble starts when you try to fix them.
