I have own Ford Chevy Ram trucks, but my 2024 Ridgeline, all i can say is WOW what a truck. I have not found one thing that i don't like! I test drove it as a joke and was blown away. I know it won't tow as much or is anywhere near as off road capable. Again WOW! Do yourself a favor and don't sell it short. It took one test drive for me. A Ram / Chevy guy.
You hit all the things I love about my Ridgeline but I have a #6 storage under the backseat. I love my Ridgeline, I don’t miss my Tacoma at all. Better mpg, much better on the highway and the engine is just so smooth and quiet.
Watched all the videos you made on the Ridgeline. Thank you for the information. I was curious about your experience going from a full size to this and the ride height, how it feels in comparison. One of the things I liked about learning how to drive in my dad’s van was the view from up there. I’ve driven cars and SUVs ever since and part of why I want a truck someday is that feeling of sitting up a bit higher. Again, thank you for your videos.
Thx for watching. I thought I would have a more difficult time adjusting to the lower ride height since I've been in full-size trucks for nearly 30 years. I figured I'd just do the front leveling kit to raise it up a bit. But I'm finding it probably won't be necessary - as I've adjusted pretty easily.
As a fellow Ridgeline owner I will add a few more great things about this truck. 1. In bed speaker. Works great for tailgating. 2. Rear seat actually sits higher than the front. Just sat in the back seat of a 24 Tundra Crewcab and the seat is low to the floor and uncomfortable. Toyota has to do this because of the pano roof. 3. Driving in snow. You won’t find a better truck in Ma. Winters especially if you put snow tires all the way around. I have these on mine and it’s fantastic. The I VTM-4 transfers power front to back plus side to side. 4. Smooth ride. Any other Ridgeline owners please add what you like about yours.
Yes, thx. I don't have the in-bed speakers. They took them away on on the RTL model. I'm also in MA and haven't had it in the snow yet but I suspect it'll be great. My Silverado didn't do great in the snow unless I put it in 4WD but the RL is all-wd so I expect it to be great. And ya.. the ride is super smooth.
I have the same bed cover on my 23 RTL. I have the front lift spacers from Jsport. I haven't gotten them installed. I've watched a few videos of the installation process. The amount of Disassembly required is worrisome. (Especially when they Force the lower control arm Down, during reassembly.) Thoughts about my warranty becoming Void ?
Another great video! Just a quick question, did you put or planning to put any mods on yours like the S-VCM Muzzler or the IdleStopper? Thanks again and keep those videos coming!
things i dislike about my 24 BE blind spot monitoring does now work below 20mph so, be careful on your slow merges.. adaptive cruise control is not stop and go, does not work below 25mph. the front parking sensors is only one sensor in each corner, it wont detect a parkiing pole some smaller cars.. the vented seats are not that powerful even on high. the passenger seat does not have height adjustment. it doesnt have hill descent control.
You have to mention the"Ride". Much better than a typical truck.
Yes, I thought of that after I finished the video and I didn't feel like re-doing it. lol. I'm lazy when it comes to editing. 😂

@@randomstuffwithjoe Appreciate it
Smooth quiet ride. I'd been testing compact SUVs. One drive in the Ridgeline and I was sold.
Yes. There are a lot of great things to love about the RL. I was trying to limit it to 5 for this video.
I think we got in at the perfect time. New infotainment and gauge cluster, but still the tried and true V6. It's going to be a classic.
Hey Joe,
You forgot" its not a real truck". Thats why we love them !😉

Hey Joe,
What tonneau cover did you put on your Ridgeline?
How do you like it?
North Mountain. I got it on Amazon for under $200. So far.. it’s been great.
@randomstuffwithjoe
Thank you,
I have been looking and thats less than half what most cost!
@@richardrozak7297 I have the same cover and it doesn’t interfere with the trunk opening
