I bought a kit and it worked well! Everything I needed, clear instructions along with the video and it was much cheaper than the $200 that the office supply store charges for a head cleaning kit! My black still isn't working and it seems to be the same with a few of your other followers..., but thank you for what you do!
hI -This seems like a very competent instruction with a record of success. Unfortunately not for me. It shocked me that simply changing out the ink cartridges with new ones resulted in no black. I immediately exchanged the black cartridge. No success. But my question is this,,,I have probably run 8 printer quality diagnistic pages...it now tells me I am running low on two of the colors, after running just 8 - 10 diagnostic pages!!! Is this to be expected (makes for very expensive trouble shooting).
what could be another issue with my printer? i have tried cleaning the printheads multiple times and aligned the printer and its not printing anything at all
