CLEANING HP PRINTHEADS

Manual cleaning of HP printer heads. This video shows how to disassemble and clean the heads of an HP PhotoSmart 6510 printer manually, with water and alcohol.
Remove the HP printer, remove the printheads and reassemble it correctly.
This same head has the HP PhotoSmart 6510, 6520, 6500 ...
The only thing that varies is the type of bolts used.
The way to clean the printheads once removed from the printer is almost the same for any printer model, such as the OfficeJet series (5740, 6950, 6950, 4656, 4600), the Deskjet series (2130, 2132 and 2134, DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 , 2136 and 2138, 3500) Photosmart, .. and even other brands as Canon, Brother, Xerox, Lexmark, Ricoh, ...
At some point the print head is completely clogged and it is impossible to clean, so you must replace it irreparably.
The original printheads are very expensive, but we recommend buying printers compatible with your printer.

how do unhook cover link? I noticed you had trouble with it and yet you said nothing about it. you seemed to use a lot of force. why don't you tell us the torx wrench sizes?
