    Have not done standing fir awhile, but this was challenging and good for me. 🎊🎉🎆

    Great workout. I am so very happy to have come accross this site. Gets you moving. Not hard on the back . ( I had a back surgery and have been desprately looking for standing workouts without affecting the back). How do I find specific trainer's workouts in your library? I appreciate your help.

      Hi friend, each of our instructors offer wonderful standing components in most of their classes so we encourage you to explore all of our class offerings. If you are looking for Polly's classes in particular, she teaches Brain & Body and so you can search through that playlist for a class that you like :)

    Hi, I am Kaori from Bali. I have been enjoying your standing exercises. If makes me very refresed during and after the work out. The level of brain power needed is just right for me. I had to count from 21 minus 3 like 21, But19, 16..It was very difficult. But do I have to get out from my comfort zone?
