Thanx Polly. Though the title does not mention it, I found that this session was an excellent cognitive exercise. It took a few seconds to get the brain to do it right but it felt good when it clicked.
Suggestion. While dealing with issues such as cardio, balance, and movement are vital, can we have some (more?) sessions emphasizing tremor relief, both hand and facial. Presumable many of us are in this club.
Finally I'm curious: where does Cooper go when he is off camera. I trust somebody gives him a treat.

Hi our first session back after a 2 week holiday. We went on a cruise ship to Germany, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Denmark. Great fun and we did some dancing on board. Good to be back doing a PFP session. The palm, leg, foot , leg exercise was great but a bit of a challenge today. We will have to try this one again. Many thanks Paula and Jon

Thank you for letting us know that--some of these exercises were particularly challenging on their own and with speed work they become even more challenging. Just the process of trying is beneficial. It is also okay to modify/alter some of the exercises to make them more do-able. Hope you are still enjoying the tulips in Holland, MI! Hope you both have a good week!
