  • Try this special 20 Minute Standing Move & Shout class guest-starring participants from one of Lauren's local classes in Austin! We always enjoy our online classes, but there's also something special about being able to see PFP classes in person. Be sure to have a chair nearby for safety or follow along seated if feeling unsteady. Happy exercising!
