PM me an address I'll send you some commercial 5 minute leak detector it has a 1000% higher surface tension than windex and has no alkaline in it with this stuff if you have a leak it will produce a big bubble blossom like foam, much easier to detect small leaks , windex is a very bad way to go you'll miss more leaks than you'll ever find
Hey Mike that swing arm engine mount spacer isn't just a spacer it's a locator. It keeps the bolt centered. I lost one on mine and ran it without that spacer and I ended up cracking the case from the engine moving up and down. I ended up getting a new case and I made new spacers from Washers that had an ID of the bolts OD. Just wanted to give you a heads up and save you the headache.
@@motododo4626 I can see how that would reinforce the cases from moving. I’d have to have a larger OD to be perfect. Something for the next tear down when I do the 240 kit. Thank you for the heads up!
He should definitely have like a million subs lol. I started watching his vids about a year ago and he only had like a 100k subs I think so gaining 80+k subs in a year is pretty good growth for a powersports only channel I'd say.

I watched this full series on this build and I was excited for this video. All I have to say is wow, this thing was a burnt chicken tender, now a freshly grilled chicken breast lol. I wanna build my own now.
I’ve had my 2004 blaster for probably almost 3 years, (im 14 currently), when my dad bought it, it had a 240 kit on it and I took it for one ride at croom and it blew up, because sand had gotten in the engine because the air filter wasn’t on all the way. Engine was fully rebuilt top and bottom end, has a toomey exhaust with fmf slip on, 400ex rear shock, banshee front shocks, and a lot of other modifications, and I love it. Thank you for rebuilding this ultimate crispy chicken sandwich blaster, it means a lot to the quad family to see an ATV being restored. 😊
The Crazy amount of little details you make time to do are what sets your builds apart from every one else’s. Amazing quality. Anyone that ever buys a quad from you is no doubt getting a top notch build with no corners cut. Love the videos man, keep doing what you do!
