Can never join you in the morning & this afternoon needed to attend a funeral of one of my ladies that attends my fitness class. Came home a little tired & sad, felt I needed to do something physical so ‘made’ myself do this class. What a great decision now feeling much brighter & soothed by your wonderful calming instruction. 71 yrs young & still exercise everyday & yes you’re so right in recognising some limitations with getting older. Have a good weekend ❤🙏 xx
I absolutely admire You, this workout had some perfect level exercise for myself, and loved the new moves that were introduced. I look forward to repeat it in my routine
Happy Friday Rachel. Wonderful workout. I’ll save this one to do again another time. I and my two cats love these classes although I often cannot follow along live. Another great workout Rachel. I am getting better for sure. I can do things easily that I struggled with or couldn’t even do. The only thing I still couldn’t do were the pushup’s. My arms elbows just aren’t strong enough. Monday’s weights may help begin to fix that. Hugs, Faye from PEI
Hi Rachel, I have just done this class ( Monday my time). It's 32 degrees and although I have the AC on it's still very warm😊. Good workout for me (i turned 76 in December). Happy new year to all the group🤗

Wonderful, strong session. Congratulations on your balance on the first exercise! I struggled with that one. Will have to go back and practice one leg dips😊❤️

Tough workout my right shoulder is too sore for some of the work so I modified but was good for core work which I do need. Re-building arm strength ! Thanks
Fabulous session, definitely a new favorite! Challenging for sure, but doable. Thanks for giving us so many ways to get and stay fit, no matter our age, health conditions, fitness level-you encourage, teach, give hope and positive energy. I feel strong after doing this workout. Thank you. Great class. I like the way you get in and out of positions. Much easier on the body than other Pilates classes I’ve done. I appreciate that.

Must do it again- worked everything- press ups are tricky I move about an inch !

A strength and bone building session, good weight bearing movements! Enjoyed the challenge of the one leg pelvic curl, another new movement! 😯🏋♀🐕
