Fantastic stuff. When I had GSAs 30 years ago it was just easier and cheaper to go to the scrap yard and buy another engine rather than rebuild them so I never took one apart.

Very interesting, as usual, thank you and bravo. Just a small problem of sound balance : music is 10 times stronger than your voice, so we have to change the set up volume a certain number of times in the video...
It's a boxer. Opposing pistons go towards each other's while the two other pistons go away from each other wich is the definition of a boxer engine. The same goes for the 2CV engine, pistons goes towards/away from each other's and not back and forward following each other's moves.

You might have used a headnut with a bearing ball instead of a pair of pliers to get the studs in tight.
Or just to nuts counter-tightened, I was being lazy obviously 😅
