- Well, we used to do how to videos in the past that past ..
I figured I'd show how easy to change the steering wheel on your S2000.
We're changing to a red stitched wheel on our car, I think it will pull in the red seats belts.

When I changed my steering wheel I loosend the bolt, but didn't remove it completely. That way the bolt would stop the wheel from smacking me in the face while pulling on it.

That’s a good idea for keeping it under control. Like I always say, take your time, spent more time thinking than fixing. 👍🏻
What the torque for the steering wheel bolt? Great video! Some models have different air bag connectors mine were different than yours but found video on how to disconnect it.

Anyone send their steering wheel in to make it a flat bottom wheel? Being 6’3 I feel like that would make a big difference, but I don’t know for sure. Good video LHT!
There’s several companies that offer that. It will gain you a little more room when in the straight position, but of course the wheel has to turn. It didn’t appeal to me.

I know those steering wheel covers did NOT come from Euroboutique!
We have a company in Texas re wrap the wheels in premium leather with many stitching options.
Another neutral color for the stitching, like yellow, white, or gray, would be appreciated for blue, white, black, etc. cars.

so did you remove the factory steering wheel cover most companies ive been seeing online say to remove the factory cover?
I remove the wheel and ship to them. They handle it and send it back.

I worked with a guy that broke his nose pulling on a wheel like a lunatic. It’s sometimes hard to watch people work on cars. Lol.
I have a fake Momo steering wheel and every one thinks it is real ;) Only because the car looks like Ecstasy.
